I've been going here for awhile and the staff always changes along with the food quality the roast beef seems to be rare now and doesn't taste great . The soup also smells a little spoiled now and the employee Mark is super rude . I wouldn't choose this location anymore it use to be nice to go to since it's close to campus and home but not anymore

It's "mad mark " from subway in Sacramento ca ! I went into to buy juice I waited in line while mark was helping a customer I went to use the restroom it was locked and I asked for the key he said " you have to pay for something before you can use the restroom " in order for me pay for something I have to rung up for it and I can't do that if your making a sandwich so can I use the restroom he said " my manager told me to tell you people that you need to pay " kind you I have been going here for over three years and he hasn't been here to long but he has harassed a lot of my colleagues I have heard them tell em about him he then looks at the Asian man and says " man let me hurry up with you so these people can use the restroom and stop bugging me ! I have had enough ! I then explained to him how he was racist and he responded by " grabbing the bathroom keys throwing them and then saying , you have to wait to use the restroom because you haven't paid for anything HERES THE BONUS 35 min later a WHITE girl in the parking lot went in there while there was a line interrupt him and ask to go the restroom I watched from outside she did and he let her go with no issue !!! Even after I told how much of a racist he was said ok oh well and walked to the back this is not ok

Came here after paying my car payment and wanted some subway. I've been eating subway largely over the last 10 years. And I probably just had the best sandwich yet. Mark was really informative, let me know what the new veggies/spices were and offered them to me. Also, he let me know of all the new drinks and was very polite without being pushy. Definatly GREAT customer service. Something that is very much lacked these days. I'll definitely be co.ing back. :)

So I went here because I work at CSUS and it is close by. Two of the three people in front of me had problems getting what they wanted on their subs but I thought I would be dead simple, I wanted a salad with basically everything that comes on that 6" sub (A Subway Club). Normally they make salads with a lot of lettuce or spinach and then are happy to do lots of veggies and simply do cheese and meat like a normal sub. This time the guy was literally pinching shredded lettuce to put it back. SHREDDED LETTUCE. As if somehow he had given my SALAD TOO MUCH LETTUCE. he did things like COUNT PICKLE slices. I have never felt more low income in my life as watching this neckbeard count out pickle slices like it was goddamn treasure. I will never come back to this Subway I do not care how close to work it is. I mean the food tasted okay but I cannot imagine how it wouldn't, it's cold cuts and veggies there is no skill or cooking involved.

After leaving the Mather field subway due to bad managerial representation, I came here. The single worker (Mark) was welcoming, helpful, and polite and helped two of us in the time it took for the other location to even get to me with one customer ahead. Kudos!!

This place was absolutely horrible in every way possible. The food was terrible, my "toasted" sandwich was cold. The employee that helped me was not welcoming what so ever . When he spoke to me I could hardly hear him. The soda from the machine was bad. Not properly mixed at all.

Just got a couple sandwiches from this Subway and had the best customer experience. The staff was helpful, friendly and did a great job. I read other reviews complaining about the service but we couldn't have asked for anything better. Good Job.

I used to frequent this subway while attending Sac State, campus Subway was always packed as were all eateries really. Service was great most of the time, once a newbie joined the ranks and was terrible at making sandwiches but he was shortly weeded out. I was always kindly greeted when I came and my sandwich made promptly with care and attention to detail. Thanks for the years of great food and service.

Shittiest sandwich makers, everyone that works there definitely hates their job and makes it obvious they don't want to be there, I rather go else where for a sandwich than to this place they make the sandwiches disgusting just pile up everything with such attitude
