I have an autistic friend that I bring here a couple nights a week. I send him in alone so he can practice ordering and help himself. I see the cashier from outside yelling and pointing her finger at him. He came out upset. I went to talk to her and she locked the door. She got upset that he spills a little when filling his drink. SO WHAT HE IS DISABLED LADY! Is it going to kill you to take a rag and wipe up. DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.

They closed earlier than they were supposed to, and when we brought up, they didn’t care and the girl who was sitting was rude and told one of the buying customers , that they can leave a complaint and closed the door on them. Very unprofessional.

Stopped in here today and have the best lunch in a long time. The young lady that helped us was so kind and engaging, I really appreciated her positive attitude..we will definitely be back to this Subway. Thank you so much

This is an expensive subway compared to others. They will over charge you in order to negate the value of your coupon. Also caught cashier charging my 11 year old
Son for a foot long he was paying for himself that was only a six inch. Second time in a row being overcharged here. Never going back. They are extremely stingy. You might as well go get a higher quality sandwich if you going to get charged $17.

They are skimpy on the wrap/sandwich filing whether you pay for/request it. (exe. Pay for extra bacon or ask for extra banana peppers etc.) And if they start working on your order that you ordered online, and someone else comes in to order, they will stop making your food (just set it aside to get cold), help the new customer, then go back to making yours after.

The young girls workimg there were rude, and trying to over charge us , and when we asked about nutrition facts because my grandson has a strict diet , they were not hapoy we were asking questions and very unknowledgable and couldn't provide us with any information. We were very nice to them and tried explaining why we were ask I ng but they had no interest in listening to us. They just overvalued us and was not friendly.

I really want to like this spot, as it is five minutes away from my home. This is by far the skimpiest Subway I have ever been to. It was difficult to even find meat inside my sandwich. This review is after three visits, each with different staff members (as far as I can recall). Please step it up or close this location.

It's a small location. Staff was friendly enough however hard of hearing it seems as I asked for a wrap and got a Flatbread. Food was passable and incredibly overpriced. I paid 20 bucks for a wrap and a vitamin water and the flavor just wasn't there. I feel I could taste the lack of quality in the ingredients and the Flatbread tasted spoiled.

I literally dropped my AirPods right outside the store and I went home panicking because I thought they’d be stolen but when I drove back a lady had picked them up and given it to the cashier who was so kind to give them back to me. I was so happy. Great service, great people.

I will not go to this Subway again!
14 dollar sandwich and barely had any meat on it. I usually go to one at other side of town, but this was on my way home from work. I could have door dash for a cheaper sandwich. That would have more meat.

Me my girlfriend walked in and the first thing we asked if they were closed and they said no. 10 minutes into making our sandwiches (we only ordered for which we're just on the menu nothing custom) she says that they were closing at 8:15 even though Google says 9:00 because they need 45 minutes to prep.I put my years into food service and you don't need 45 minutes to prep nor close. If they wanted to just say they were lazy I would have accepted it that's fine you don't have to lie about it.. One of them didn't toast our bacon, put it on the sandwich, and just kept prepping for close while the other one continuously looked at the menu while making our sandwiches, because she didn't know the menu. 45 minutes into asking for our orders, we left.Kind of insane. Never had this experience at any Subway, even the poorly rated ones.Just say you're lazy, not that you're closed 45 minutes early. I know how it is, ive worked good service for years.I guess if it takes 45 minutes to take an order, it takes 2 hours to close. ?
