This place had very delicious food and they made my sandwich exactly to my tastes! The employees were very friendly and and even made some small talk with me asking about my day and such. I would definitely recommend coming to this subway.

I went to this location and one of the employees had a serious attitude towards me, actually if I hadn't had my great grandchildren with me I might have punched her. I didn't get her name but she had purple streaks in her hair. I was in the area and my grandchildren wanted water so I went in to purchase a bottle, two employees were working and I waited near the register because I didn't need sandwiches at the time. I saw the one gentleman put sandwiches in the oven to toast so I asked if I could pay for the bottle of water while it is toasting he came over to help me ( multi task) then the purple hair girl started speaking Spanish to him to not help me, she didn't realize I spoke and understood what she was telling him. I turned to her and said, what is the problem with him multi tasking and charging me for the water when he can't continue with the other order until it's out of the toaster? She continued and even began using vulgar language so I did too. She had me so upset I really wanted to hit her, she said she was willing to go outside to fight me but I told her if I didn't have my grandchildren with me I would take her up on the offer. The gentleman who did help me even though she was saying not to was silent and I believe he would have made a better lead than her. She is a liability to the franchise and one day will cause a problem that may result in a lawsuit. I didn't complain earlier because I have had things going on in my life but I haven't forgotten. She should be fired

Most of the time you really need to know how to make your own sandwich at this place or else you'll walk out of there with a mess. They don't even suggest salt, pepper, oil and vinegar most of the time. To me, that makes the freakin' sandwich! Pay cash. If you use your card the tip seems to be mandatory. I couldn't get the No Tip button to work. The guy I had last time I was there did not deserve a tip. He was horrible.

The absolute worst Subway I've ever been to. I litetally watched the employee put unequal amounts of meat for 2x FL Spicy Italian sandwiches. 9 slices of Salami and pepperoni on one and 7 of each on the other. They hardly put any vegetables. They also kept asking me if I wanted anything else after they kept forgetting to add what I already told them. Ridiculous

Ordered online for pickup, they didn’t even bother to toast my sandwich and missing several veggies. My sandwich was soggier then a old lady in a jacuzzi for several hours.

This is worst subway I have ever visited.The customer service is horrible. The workers are rude. I asked for no mayo, they put it on when I asked to change the bread they would not. The worker cursed at me, a sheriff came in and started asking what the problem was. I am not sure if he was called or not but they made me feel like they did. I normally patronize the Green-heaven or others. Never again will I patronize this Florin Subway!

Absolutely horrendous I called to ask if I was able to half a foot long as in half tuna and half meatball and the man first of all hung up on me and then when I called again he said yes, now when I come to the subway to get just that he was lying because they didn't even let me do it, and on top of that THEY RAN OUT OF MEATBALLS idk what the heck typa buisness y'all runnin but it's NOT heem, get your stuff together fr. I do NOT recommend lazy staff.

My review has nothing to do with the quality of service. The one guy who was there deserves a raise for being stuck at a Subway during the lunch rush alone.Whoever owns this location needs to pay people better and then hire more employees because no one should get stuck alone making sandwiches. I ordered food on the app and set the time for 1:05pm, and I didn't leave with my sandwich until 1:35pm because of how busy the place was.Buy from somewhere else and give the employees who work here a break.

Horrible! I placed a mobile order today; I ordered 3 foot long and a wrap. None of the sandwiches had cheese, my wrap didn't have lettuce or spinach. There were barely any veggies in any of the sandwiches.

Your location needs to edit your operating hours on Google.They state 9:30pm on Wednesday, but I arrived at 9pm and this location was closed.It would be helpful to have a sign near the door with your hours.Hopefully next time I use Google to look up a location the hours will be accurate.
