The manager that is there almost every day is an incredibly rude person. Doesn’t care about orders being made incorrectly. Acts like he’s doing you a favor by letting you come into his shop. Try’s to challenge the use of discount codes. Prices also higher than other subways nearby. I would avoid at all costs.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always visit there whenever I’m around Sacramento. Very warm welcome, efficient service... And excellent meal quality! I chose this subway somewhat by chance, but i have no regrets.

The bread is super stale. When I bit into it, it cut my gums because the bread was so old and I had it toasted. Customer service is pretty awful as well. When I asked for the vegetables, they sprinkle it on there like they were feeding a baby bird. I asked for soup once and they said they didn’t have any. Then another lady who came right after me asked for soup and they said they had it available. So I guess they just didn’t have it for me. Rude. No more subway for me. Also it was $13 for a 6 inch and a drink. I tipped a dollar as well so $14 for stale bread, skimped veggies, and no soup. Yikes!

I placed the order online so I was close by so I said let me go in so they hadn’t made it yet and they get kind of upset when you tell him make sure everything is in there and everything is correct so then I’m watching them make the sandwich and then I remember one of my sandwich. I paid extra avocado so they just don’t even put it in there Can read it clearly on the receipt to make the sandwiches whatever you don’t order nothing online make sure you watch him put everything you asked for because man what if I wouldn’t went home then have to come back and waste gas for something they forgot ??
Ordered a tuna sandwich toasted with my cheese, the cheese, the tuna and the bread are all still cold. They also didn’t put my toppings on in the order I preferred so my sandwich fell apart with added oil and vinegar on barely toasted bread. It’s so soggy. I don’t even want to eat this. $12 I practically just gave to them. I’m so disappointed.

Very rude owner. I was coughing (due to allergies) and had a mask on and he told me to “maintain a safe distance” because he thought I was sick.
