I placed the order online so I was close by so I said let me go in so they hadn’t made it yet and they get kind of upset when you tell him make sure everything is in there and everything is correct so then I’m watching them make the sandwich and then I remember one of my sandwich. I paid extra avocado so they just don’t even put it in there Can read it clearly on the receipt to make the sandwiches whatever you don’t order nothing online make sure you watch him put everything you asked for because man what if I wouldn’t went home then have to come back and waste gas for something they forgot ??

Ordered a tuna sandwich toasted with my cheese, the cheese, the tuna and the bread are all still cold. They also didn’t put my toppings on in the order I preferred so my sandwich fell apart with added oil and vinegar on barely toasted bread. It’s so soggy. I don’t even want to eat this. $12 I practically just gave to them. I’m so disappointed.

The young lady I believe her name is Lionna I may be spelling it wrong, she has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! I ordered a basic Spicy Italian thru Door Dash and that sandwich was the BEST sandwich I have had in a very long time! You can tell she made my sandwich with care. You would think all spicy Italian sandwiches taste the same at all Subways BUT not here! That sandwich was on point! We always take the time to complain but never to compliment a good experience! Thank you Lionna you were amazing and my sandwich was BOMB!!

The thing that kills me is that all of the years I've been coming to this location, and you guys didn't have the decency to tell me that their was items were missing from my order. This location has very friendly employees and they are always keep the store clean. I love their chicken and bacon ranch sandwich. It's my go to. What can I really say about subway it's good!! But two important things. First for all my sour dough lovers this location discontinued sour dough!! Bummer they also discontinued Swiss cheese .!! I did ask the employee if all locations and she said no. Only certain locations.. if it wasn't for the sourdough and cheese I'd give 5 stars !!

Very chintzy on the meat. What’s up with that?? One scoop of teriyaki chicken and by the time the scoop made it to the sandwich, some fell out. No redo on the scoop either ? also boss seems to be lurking, monitoring workers (? what’s that about?).

I pre order my meal 30 min ahead of time yet I had to wait after two people who the person making the sandwiches states they came in first. So what I'm understand is they have been waiting for 30 mins to get their sandwiches. Now I only have so much time to retrieve my sandwiches. I think it was rude and disrespectful to not only state he must help wh cam first but proceeded to make another customer sandwich even though my order came in before. I understand you are short staff but you can't make two sandwiches at once. I used to work at McDonald's if I can handle the front register and the drive thru you can do do sandwiches at once

Seriously it's disgusting i don't know the name of the girl but everytime she saw attitude even first time when she gave me the food I said toasted so she said I don't want to make your sandwich you can go to another location like what is this is her way to show her duty and also how to take care their customer everytime she saw attitude if she worked like this so I don't know but may be she don't want customer will come in the store manager or owner you have to take care of it otherwise it's not a good way
