Today I got 3 sandwiches and the staff making that sandwich didn't seem to know how to make sandwiches. She was very sloppy,just throwing everything on it and not even going on the order of placing the ingredients. Sandwich was falling while eating.

I will never in my life eat at that Subway location and I do not recommend none to eat from there. At first things seemed fine until I notice the guy behind the counter cut my son’s chicken sandwich in half with a knife that had mustard all over it. Then I tell myself that the knife should of been clean since other Subway’s location cuts my sandwich in half with a clean knife. After paying for my order I decided to tip them. What made me not want to come again was the fact that the lady that rang me up for my order decided to tell me 5-7min afterwards that my son can not eat their because the dinning area is close. There was no sign that the dinning area is close nor did the lady said that the dinning area is close. In the end the lady made it worst by saying “Its ok you can eat there but don’t make a mess”. I decided to leave and I even told the lady that I’m ok. I’ll leave.

This place has the worst customer service that if you go and tell your order they can't even hear. Another thing is that their bread so hard and never soft. They use the same gloves for meat and veggie sandwiches. There workers are slow and have teenager that also goes slow. I would not recommend this place.

Asked for an Italian with bread. Guy stared at me and asked if there was anything else so I gave him my next order #10 a BLT. He stared at me with literally no direction. So I asked him if they had small sandwiches for my son. "Yes". Gave him my order.Next hing baffled me. He took the "slider", opened it and asked me #10?His co-worker had to offer help. Additionally, their pretzel machine was broken. No lids. No straws. Only positive is they stocked napkins and the food was half decent. They didn't know they had an "Italian" (Hot and Spicy Italian). Said all they have is Italian BLT...Did I mention I had a newborn crying and a 2 year old by my side?

Says they’re open until 9pm but kicked us out at 7:20. asked what time they closed and she said 7:30 off the top of her head even though it was barely 7:20. I just wish they told me the dining room was closed before I ordered. Other than that I would never visit a walmart subway. It’s 115 degrees this week, that’s why we purposely chose this subway just so we can eat inside in ac. They even had 3 people on shift, I have no clue why they were rushing to close.

Unless you want to pay double the cost for half the veggies, AVOID this place! When you ask for more veggies, they roll their eyes and give annoyed looks. No wonder they’re usually empty. When you screw over your customers, this is what you deserve ✌️

How do you miss items in order when reading it off paper going item buy item when making a sandwich, and not on just 1 sandwich but both sandwiches. Im not even there. Its an online order there's literally no pressure.That 2.5 stars doesn't seem like an exaggeration now.This obviously isn't the first time.

Apparently certain coupons don't work which we understood. However the sandwich we chose wasn't on their list that was excluded from the coupon. She stood there and made the whole sandwich and in the end just told us our coupon didn't work??!! I don't get how hard it is to communicate and we asked for Italian herb bread and she pulled sourdough?? how hard is it to make a sandwich when i'm clearly telling you what i want. So frustrating and a waste of time. If i can give it a zero star I would. Never going again. $20 for two f****** sandwiches.

Worst subway ever!! Horrible customer service!! Sketchy and suspicious. I don't know what kind of power trip the workers are on or if they're running some type of scam but I'm not with the BS. I ordered my sandwich and the worker prepared it. When it came time to pay I was going to use my bank debit card. When I attempted to swipe my card (chase debit/visa card) the worker stated they didn't accept that card. Pulled out American Express card. She stated they didn't accept this either and I would have to pay with cash. It was posted they accept Visa/Master card/Amex & Discover card. I pointed this out and asked if the system was down?? She stated they only accept cash from now on. I don't carry cash. So I walked out. Their waste. They get no money. Food goes in the trash or they eat it themselves.

Went in to get 3 subs today and the younger girl that was making them kept rubbing her sweat off her face with her hands while wearing the gloves and making our sandwiches we decided to just leave we definitely don't want to eat our sandwiches with someone's sweat on them
