This store is absolutely amazing, great customer service. The place is always clean and the workers are attentive and helpful. Whether I am picking up an order or walking in I always get excellent customer service. My husband and I made an online order for pick up. The sandwiches were made and ready for pick up except there was a misunderstanding on the special instructions. After explains the misunderstanding the manager acted like she didn’t want to remake it. She don’t offer to remake and did not appear to want to be helpful. I had to ask for her to remake it. She remade it but it was not how it was ordered. Both sandwiches were requested with pepper jack cheese and we got American cheese. So they just choose how they want to make our sandwiches I will not be going there any more. The store used to be my go to I’ve actually been going to that subway since I was a little girl but the management and owners have made this place unwelcoming. Not to mention the activity outside the store. Damaged building homeless people and garbage. When I asked if they’ve made calls to take care of this they did not have a response.

Omg This place is ridiculous I paid almost 15 bucks for a footlong yet they made my sandwich like its per pound adding little to no veggies not even the lettuce and when I asked to get more they said they can only put 6 pieces per footlong this sandwich was so plain no flavor is ridiculous how they act but 15 for a empty more like bun sandwich. Don't waste ur time.

We purchased 5 sandwiches from this location. The sandwiches were sad looking and one even had hair in it. I called and they said there’s nothing they can do about it and hung up on me. We ordered here all the time, we longer will order again.
I get the Mediterranean Chicken Salad, but because am VeGan I ask for the Chicken on the side (for my service dog) and extra Hummus. I love this salad. My husband LOVES the Cali Veggie Wrap with one SL American Cheese and one SL Provolone. With Spicy Chipotle Mayo.
Vegetarian options: Ask Staff and they will tell you how to make Veggie Options.
