This is the worst branch!! The workers here have no respect for their customers and their time. They be on their phone, don’t know how to communicate, can’t even get the order right!! I mean that’s the one job they have to do and that too they can’t do it properly. So many times my online order was wrong. The management needs to hire people that have capability to serve their customers in timely manner.

This is the worst Subway to go to. The lady doesn't care. Every time..EVERYTIME she messes up my order. It's evident that she doesn't care at all.

I went at this location yesterday to have sandwich. But the girl working over there was irresponsible and was on phone talking to someone not even listening what i was telling do while making my sandwich. She was so horrible and moreover she made worst sandwich. Sauces were out veggies were out of the bread. She was likely to be from Haryana. Owner should be responsible to keep highly trained staff so that customers can get better quality of food.

The girl working on March 15 2025 at 10:53am.....The Fastest and Best Subway worker I've ever seen. She has great attitude. If possible give her a raise.
My name is Christopher Fields and I’ve been coming here for years and the workers are always on their phone talking to somebody while they work but I really don’t care cause it’s subway I just get my sandwiches and leave but today on February 17 at 2:30 pm I got the sweet onion teriyaki footlong #16 and went home and I promise to you mid bite I noticed something moving in the meat and I dropped the sandwich and there was a small bug crawling around a bug that I’ve never seen that no way could’ve crawled in after I unwrapped my sandwich because I was only on my 3rd bite on one side and I noticed it not on the outside but on the inside on my sandwich that I almost just bit into. I was disgusted and traumatized and in disbelief this actually happened to me. I pulled out my phone while shaking and took a video I wish I could share on here but best I can do is pictures of the video. And what makes this so bad is I took the sandwich back because I live right up the street and showed the person that made my sandwich (Giselle) what had happend and I explained it in the calmest way even through I was fighting tears of this traumatizing event and when I say she sat there with the biggest smile on her face while I told her what happened I’m not playing, she said the manager is never there and I can’t get his number cause that’s illegal then proceeded with a smile and said “I’m sorry I can’t give you a refund because you paid with a gift card” it’s so crazy because I never even asked for a refund I was just furious they let a live bug into my food that me and my son almost ate. It’s absolutely crazy how she didn’t say anything about the bug as if she deals with this often and man I just broke down cause I can’t trust food places anymore after this. She has no remorse and honestly didn’t care I almost ate a alive bug moving in my sandwich. I will be back everyday until I get in contact with the manager and I already called the health department and man do I pray they can do something about this cause I feel bad for all the people that might’ve not noticed these small kitchen bugs in the sandwiches.

Was try to get a sandwich at 8:36pm the doors were locked and both girls ran to the back when they saw me walking to the door..... they close at 9pm.They came back out when I walked back to my car.

Staff is extremely rude or don't have any concept of customer service or respect. They completely ignored multiple times when attempting to order. Was told more then once online are have priority over walk ins and that's why I was ignored. Needless to say it won't happen again as I'll never return even though I work near by. I'll be bringing in my own sandwich for lunch form now on so I guess thank you in a way but still highly encourage anyone to go elsewhere.

I Love Subway.
It's subway, so that explains the food. Quick bite for a right price. Staff is lackluster, no motivation, very dry. Just what you want, here you go bye. Building is clean, that's a plus. But outside of that, it's subway.
