Ripping people off. One occasion: charge me for a different sandwich (more expensive). Second occasion: added tip without my authorization. The lady just laughed it off saying it was boss's idea. Horrible people just trying to rip you off.

This location claims to participate in promotions but when you try to place an order they cancel your order. Save your money and go to the location at 2400 florin road. Just a few minutes away

AVOID THIS LOCATION! The subway website is not working correctly, which is not their fault. But, we walked in & stated we wanted to make sure they got the order (that we have already paid for) cause the website was acting up. They said "YES!" & gave us our order. We get home & open the bag but it's not our order. We call them, the girl answers & says "oh, we already gave your order to someone else" then she hung up. We drove over there to return the sandwiches & have our order remade. They then tell us they never got our order & we can just come back next day for a refund....Don't want a refund, we want our dinner. I of course told her about the blatant lack of work ethic on display, she calls the manager & he tells us the same. Even with my screenshot, proving I paid for my order, even when I was returning the two sandwiches they gave us that we did not order, this guy refuses to have them make our sandwiches. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service at a restaurant. If this happened at Starbucks, they'd give us two sandwiches & offer to let us keep the wrong ones too. Same for every other restaurant, every fast food chain. I assume this location is owned by some private party, like a franchise deal? Whoever he is, he has ZERO customer service, & would rather people not get their food than make two sandwiches. Dude, this was a $12 order. SOOOO not worth all of the trouble. You guys suck. I am sorry you had to waste the two sandwiches, I'm sure that has you're penney pinching, greedy heart breaking tonight.

This location is always a problem first they weren't open like they said they were and they denied me to use their subway coupons twice in the day. They said I could only use one coupon per day and it doesn't state that on the coupon they pick and choose when to open and don't honor their coupons and make up rules on how to use them.

I had to repeat my order 6x. Like lady it's not that hard. Workers talking to each other the entire time. Took forever.

BEWARE...CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!... This is a shady business/owners. They added an 18% tip on my Mom's $43 order and refused to remove it when she noticed it after checkout. We will report this business/transaction to BBB.

No I would usually give my Subway a five star sometimes or even a three-star matters which ones you go to cuz they have just some rude people working I just don't want to be there and they are so chincy putting things on your sandwich it's like come on can I get like more than 3 Olives on there if that's possible! LOL I'm serious though! But I will say subway is one of my or it is my favorite sub place!

The employee( the woman) was rude , she was throwing our sandwiches and I asked for cucumber and pickles in the side she seemed irritated, I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, I didn’t like the service at all! We spent $43 there

Got a sandwich on my lunch break. Was really looking forward to it, I was really hungry. It was awful! The bread was stale and fell apart the entire time I was eating it. Can’t believe I wasted $12 to have an awful lunch.
