Ordered a #9 on the app and brought home a sandwich full of bacon. Guess what? Not everyone eats pork!!! If I wanted it, I would’ve ordered it. It’s not even advertised on the sandwich so it shouldn’t even be on the sandwich. It’s deeper than not having the right order. Eating certain things violatesothers’ religious beliefs. For the sake of your business, do better.

Why would you add something to a sandwich that was not even on the receipt??? Why would you add something to a sandwich that's not even on the actual advertised sandwich???? You've caused so much pain and unnecessarily so. It's deeper than it being just a mistake. If you're going to be in food service, realize there ls a whole demographic of people who can't eat everything. Do better!!

The only reason I give this location a 3 star is the shredded lettuce was not fresh didn't have the green crisp to it. Everything else was great! Friendly employees.

Bro only ordered from this location cause it has 2 more stars than the one down the street from me and it's $3.00 cheaper here for a foot long, now I'm beyond pissed off because I have food poisoning so there's that. I cannot leave the bathroom. I ordered online and had my fiancé go pick up the food and stayed home with my kids and now I feel like I'm dying and he can't go to work because I'm literally incapable of moving won't be going back here like ever in life

I went to Subway last night and was very pleased with the level of customer service I received from both employees on duty as well as my delicious food. Subway is not my first choice for a sandwich but it's in my neighborhood and my mom raves about their tuna sandwich. That's exactly what I ordered with all of my favorite toppings and when I got home I can tell it was made with love . Not thrown together like their neighbors Jack In the Box. Great job you all & see ya soon !

They barely added any meat on my online order that I picked up from their store. First attempt was disappointing. Second attempt on getting sandwich from this location--- They replaced my chicken sub with Bacon. and no it wasn't order mixed up! They asked for my name when I got to the restaurant and the worker handed me the sandwich that had my name and the receipt attached. They added few slices of bacon strip instead of the chicken sandwich that I paid for. I never eat bacon and it was disgusting to me. I wasted my money. They always want to avoid adding veggies that I ask for as well. They are robbing customers. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!

I ordered chicken rotisserie subway through app. I picked it up at the restaurant and when I opened the bag, it had bacon strips with barely any chicken with so much salt. I ended up throwing the sandwich because I don't eat bacon. Never eat it. It was disgusting. If the store was out of chicken, could have messaged me to update the order but adding meat that I never eat was disgusting and cheap actions from the store. Disgusting people. Nasty. Wasted my money. Be aware of your orders! First order I picked up had any chicken in it. It was veggies only--I paid for rotisserie chicken sub.
