Iāve ordered from this location at minimum 5 times because itās closest to work. And every single time my sandwich has half the amount of meat it should and not made the way I placed the order. When I get there to pick it up nobody seems happy or helpful at all. Especially when they donāt put all items in the bag but then throw dirty looks at you for catching their mess up. I eat subway fairly often i definitely know Iām getting shorted compared to other locations. This was my last time giving them āanother chanceā, I wont be returning to this location ever.

The look of everything was horrible. The brown lettuce, the discolored pickles and tomatoes, the discoloration of the spinach bin, the stale looking bread. Everything there should have looked more presentable. Subway is really going downhill and every time I have an issue which is at least half the time, I never get a response back.

The woman taking my order was rude, and didnāt make my food right. I tried to ask her to toast it twice and she ignored me. She didnāt hand me my sandwich. She set it on top of a bunch of bags and paper and I had to ask someone else for it. She had a horrible attitude. I hope what ever bad day she was having gets better and that she learns not to take it out on other people. Iāve worked in both, fast food and a restaurant. This was terrible customer service. She makes the customer feel like an inconvenience. If you donāt like working with people, donāt work in customer service.

I generally patronize this Subway store since it's the closest in proximity to my home. After my recent visit on a Sunday morning, I've decided to take my business to other Subway locations. I stopped by around 10:00 a.m. to order an egg, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. As the sandwich maker was preparing my order, she and the other employee present realized that the toaster oven hadn't been turned on. Since I wanted my sandwich toasted, they informed me that it would take at least 5 to 8 minutes for the oven to warm up. After waiting for about 4 to 5 minutes, I decided to leave and go elsewhere for a breakfast sandwich. This Subway opens at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays; how could they neglect turning on the toaster oven? That should be one of the first things to do upon opening for business. This experience was very inconveniencing and frustrating.
