I had not been to a Subway in years but this summer the craving hit so I decided to try this location near The Nugget grocery store. Subway is Subway- it's kind of the McDonald's of Sub sandwiches. That's not a slam, just an observation. But we all like observing our sandwiches being made, so a plus for that experience. I stick to my classic- turkey and cheese on wheat with all the veggies. The sandwich was made properly, the bread and veggies fresh and restaurant was clean. It was kind of gross when I was wearing flip flops and the lady mopping the restaurant mopped my feet, I can still feel the fringe- but I chose to wear flip flops, so no shade. If you want a standard sub made well, with no weird surprises- this is your place. I'll come back when the craving hits again.

Ordered my food got ready to pay gave them the coupon they scanned it but said it didn't go through & was trying to charge me full price when the coupon was for $14 they charged me $42 for my order so I walked out due to bad service gave me a bad attitude didn't want to accept the coupon and had many people walking out not assisting them or even properly. Super unprofessional I definitely don't recommend coming to this location. Clearly it shows in my video they were fooling around watching videos in the back not even working or assisting their clients. Plus I'm pregnant not okay!

Subway regularly sends out via mail coupons for their sandwiches. When you try to use coupons practically every Subway shop rejects the coupon. Now the coupon does state "only a participating locations" but practically every Subway rejects. The coupon is misleading because it leads you to believe that there is a Subway that accepts the coupon but the reality is that virtually no Subway accepts the coupon. Its misleading and false. Its unfair and a deceptive practice. In contrast I'm able to use a coupon from any KFC anywhere. I have submitted a complaint to not only the headquarters but the Attorney General of CA

I generally patronize this Subway store since it's the closest in proximity to my home. After my recent visit on a Sunday morning, I've decided to take my business to other Subway locations. I stopped by around 10:00 a.m. to order an egg, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. As the sandwich maker was preparing my order, she and the other employee present realized that the toaster oven hadn't been turned on. Since I wanted my sandwich toasted, they informed me that it would take at least 5 to 8 minutes for the oven to warm up. After waiting for about 4 to 5 minutes, I decided to leave and go elsewhere for a breakfast sandwich. This Subway opens at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays; how could they neglect turning on the toaster oven? That should be one of the first things to do upon opening for business. This experience was very inconveniencing and frustrating.

I usually have good service at this location, but not today. I went in for a sandwich on my lunch break (945AM) and was kinda waved at by and associate on his personal cell phone. Sort of an unusual greeting. After waiting awkwardly for a minute for him to finish his call, he walked over to help me the only guest in the restaurant. I decided not to order anything and left immediately after I noticed he made no effort to wash his hands before handling gloves which would touch my food. It's very unprofessional to be on your cell phone while on the clock, and very unhygienic. I may give this place another try, but I urge management to do a better job training associates.

I ordered subway through Uber eats today. The estimated arrival time and the latest arrival time kept getting later and later until it finally said my order was cancelled because the driver ran into a problem. I decided to order online and have my bf pick it up for me since I'm really sick. He gets there and says it's closed!!! No one is there, all lights are off. According to their hrs online and listed on the door, they should be open. No wonder Uber eats ran into a problem. So frustrating.

I don't know why the reviews are so bad, this place is really good. Every time I come in I get amazing customer service. The staff is nice and helpful, even when they're busy. They never say they're "out of something" just because they don't want to make it (which I have experienced at other locations) so I always get my cheddar soup! Food is fresh and the location is clean.

Tragic that they close early due to no it being "slow". When you think the extra 30 mins a day would give you 8 hours of pay in two weeks. Even with the crappy attitude. I'll be back I. Another year to see how the chains doing.

Perfect! Just what we needed on a long road trip. It was right off of the highway and service was friendly! Bread was fresh even in the late afternoon. Bathrooms were clean.

Came in to order footling turkey and ham, puts on turkey then before grabbing the ham she reaches behind her head and scratches the s*** out of it with glove on than grabs the ham with the same hand. She looks at me as if to see I noticed which I'm looking her dead in the eye. She says "sorry" as if I'm supposed to accept the apology so she can continue making the sandwich, walked out. Highly likely she put the ham back for the next unsuspecting customer. Eat here at your own risk.

Don't know if the sandwich artist was new, preoccupied, or just didn't care. Forgot items and was putting on items I had asked to delete. One of my more disappointing visits.

I order sandwiches for my son and I for lunch and they got both of them wrong. I ordered through the Subway App for pickup and when I went back into the app, my order was correct, but what I got was totally wrong. I went to the Subway website and submitted a very direct complaint. What I got back was an email from the owner saying he was sorry. That's it. No offer whatsoever to make their screwup right. No coupon for two free sandwiches to replace the ones they had done completely wrong. Just, "I'm sorry" and "we hope to see you soon". You have got to be kidding me. This is beyond ridiculous. Not going back there again!!! Ever!!!

Door and google says open until 9 but if you show up at 815, the door is open, open sign off and they refuse to let you buy a sandwich because they close at 830 ?
