I actually Went to Subway on a Sunday and it was around 7:42 pm, they weren't supposed to close until 9 PM and the worker refused to open the door because he said they were closed and he had all of the food put away.

I've been to a couple of Subway locations but this one was a different experience. The place wasn't busy however it took us forever to get two 6 inch sandwiches made and it toiled as though she just throw everything together, as in the turkey meat was hanging outside the sandwich and not on the inside. The meat looked very scarce and my sandwich was very light. The soda machine seemed watered down. I selected the Sprite and it tasted like carbonated water and not Sprite. I won't be returning to this location if I have a Subway craving. Hopefully they make improvements.

Why advertise 9pm as the closing time and don't honor it? Came in around 8:25pm and I was told that they were closed. Subway ain't trying to pay these people to stay after hours and clean or wtf? Cough up that dough (no pun intended) subway. Every single employee looks disgruntled and look like they hate working here.

Total rip off and horrible customer service.I order a 4 in sandwich and being charge with 6 in sandwich price.I request for a discount price shown on their app.They said they don't have such price in their store.Would not come back to this place again.

This has got to be the worst Subway I've been to! I haven't been to a Subway since 2020 so the menu looks way different than it was back then so I had questions about what footlongs applied to a coupon. You'd think every footlong applies to the coupon since it doesn't specify, but it took the person making the sandwich forever to find an answer!I specifically said what I wanted on my sandwich but they kept asking questions on what I wanted like they didn't hear a word I said. It also seemed like they were in a rush to make the sandwich while skimping out on ingredients. When I go to sandwich places I like getting everything between my two slices of bread. I'd also like to mention nobody else was there to order a sandwich but myself. If you want a quick lunch go elsewhere. You get a "sandwich" with almost nothing on it and the service is super slow!

Wife and I went for a quick sandwich, place was empty, staff was nice. Unfortunately the person making the sandwich was horrible, literally he put very little meat in the sandwiches. Wife and I were talking and didn't pay attention to his sandwich making skills. The taste was not good either. Won't ever go here again ever.

We stopped here for dinner on our drive down from Washington. The service was fantastic. It was busy with both walk in customers and app orders and the two ladies working were efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. We have had a lot of mediocre service lately and this was a refreshing surprise.

I've been going to this location since I was around the age of 13 and I'm not sure why I've never left a review but, decided I needed to write one. This will always be my favorite Subway location. I've been to many Subways in Sacramento and out of Sacramento, and this Subway is by far and away the friendliest, cleanest, and best one I've had the pleasure of going to. The manager and employees are so sweet, hard-working, and friendly. I enjoy going into their store for my lunches because they're such positive and respectful people. The food is always delicious and well-made. The service is incredible and they've gone above and beyond on multiple occasions for me since I've started going here. Not only is this my favorite Subway, but it just might be my favorite place to get food because of how great the people are. I like knowing my money is going to a great place and amazing people. I highly recommend this Subway to anybody in the area; you definitely won't regret it. I never do.

Lunchtime rush and only 1 slow worker! Plus there should be a limit of how many subs a customer can order when there is only 1 employee and people waiting! The damn woman customer ordered 6 subs that the ooor girl had to make, plus not even a welcome to Subway greeting nor informing me that she'll be right with us. To top my irritation, it took over 30 minutes to get my meal! That's half my lunch hour! Poor management decisions to have only 1 worker during the lunchtime rush! I grade the service time F and Food quality A. One person shouldn't be allowed to come in and order 6 subs at the lunch rush. She should had pre ordered online first! For me to stand in line for 30 minutes is inexcusable!
