This store is very bad worker is don’t help worker very rude. Behave.
Veronica has terrible customer service. She literally just threw the ham in bunches into my sandwich I asked her politely to separate them and she continued to aggressively add the sauce and veggies onto the sandwich. I get it we all have bad days but damn control your anger issues.
Service is not very good. Took multiple minutes before even being communicated to when there wasn’t anyone in line in front of me. When saying I wanted everything on top, items were minimal, not even covering full sandwich. Also ordered two churros and both were so hard my kids couldn’t even bite into them. This Halle ed the last time I was there with the pretzels. I will never order them again

I’ve been to your Subway locations many times, both the one on Del Paso and the one near Costco. I’m not sure if they have the same owner, but the same girl, Arsh, works at both. I come to Subway regularly for food, but I’ve noticed that this girl, Arsh, teach her some training in customer service. She never greets customers, and when she takes orders, she has a different kind of attitude. I think some communication skills training would really help her in her role. One day, I even felt embarrassed because she threw my order onto the counter, almost like she was sliding it. Please look into this.
When I entered, the employee was sitting on top of the dining room table.
Guess $20 isn't enough to keep you busy.

Only one employee at 12:00pm. She wasn't rude but she wasn't pleasant either. She didn't even acknowledge me until I walked up to the counter. Tried ordering on the Subway app but the app didn't know there was a Subway there.

I ordered the meatball meal deal. He live proceeded to go in toasted and I did not want it toasted. Then I am told the meatballs are probably cold. It is 6pm why are the meatballs cold? I asked for a Churro. He reached in and grabbed it and taste like onions when I bit into the churro. The restroom was out of order….

When you in person they made very good but when you order for delivery they made third class sandwich very poor and bread is also not fresh and without cheese i Order with cheese really very very bad

Skinny girl working at this time 12:32 date April 26She doesn’t even changed her gloves for when vegi sandwich. So vegetarian people don’t go there. Everything is mix.
