Staff does not care about any customer or how they make their sandwiches. Some of them are rude too. This thing fell apart as soon as I opened the wrapping. Very disappointing I wasted almost my entire lunch for my ONLINE order. Definitely don’t expect the online orders to be ready when you pick them up and be sure to check them before you leave.
Quick quality service
The BEST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
The only male I see that works there is AMAZING. Great energy.
The only subway that is worth going to. The others in the area sucks. They actually hook it up here
Meal of the day is ok.
Great customer service. I placed an order and chose the wrong time. After calling and explaining the situation, the woman on the line said she’d be able to write a note and have it ready when I originally wanted. Saved my money from being wasted, so I’m happy. The sandwich was good too. Thank you.
Natoolya is the bestest sandwich maker in the USA! I have heard of this subway sandwich maker! She saved all my camels and myself as I ventured through California from my hometown of Spokane. #leaveatip
Such a great subway, the customer service was unmatched, and the server Natasha was the greatest hero. She saved me from starvation by making the most scrumptious and voluptuous subway sandwich. Without her I would have never been able to live another day.
Always fresh and always yummy

They're usually good but today got my order wrong. They gave me someone else's order and I had already left the establishment. I don't eat meat so I was confused when they gave me an order that had chicken in it

2/26/24Went to Subway in Natomas, using a Subway coupon I ordered a footling sandwich #8 The Great Garlic Sub.The sandwich was delicious and the service was expedient. The issue I have is not with this one particular location but ALL Subway locations lately:Since WHEN are we to be compelled to TIP the Subway employee? If I go to a restaurant and get above standard service I'll leave a tip for the waiter or waitress to REWARD them for their Exemplary Service. The Subway Sandwich maker is no different than the McDonalds employee slapping my Big Mac together or the Taco Bell employee slinging the beans into my burrito. These are the normal functions of these employees that NOW will be making a MANDATORY $20 hr come April 1st 2024.I shouldn't feel I'm being compelled to leave a tip for the normal day to day job functions of these employees.IF THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE OR DO SOMETHING EXEMPLARY like say they ran out of shredded cheese and say hold on I'll go shred some fresh stuff right away for you and then pile it on thick for you for the inconvenience of the extra time, ABSOLUTELY I'm going to tip THAT EMPLOYEE.But to be hit right at the PayPoint machine which FIRST asks how much of a tip you want to leave 10%, 15%, 20%, or No Tip and you must Select An Option before you pay within peering eyeshot of the employee ringing you up? Um, no this is not cool.WHY in the world Subway thought it was a good idea to program the Pay point machines in this manner baffles me. If I want to tip an employee I'll hand a dollar or two directly to that employee. But to be compelled to leave a tip EVERY visit at the PayPoint? Not Cool.Is Subway under the impression that all of their employees should be tipped all the time and for every visit irregardless, simply for doing their $20hr jobs?I've seen the same type setup in a donut store recently, and the woman gave me the stink-eye because I didn't tip her for putting the donuts in the box!ITS YOUR JOB LADY. Do something deserving of a tip and I'll tip you, but don't EXPECT it just because you did exactly what you were hired for. We ALL do that!Subway should really rethink this whole tip begging/guilting strategy. No other fast food restaurants to my knowledge do this. (Jack, McD's, TBell, Weiner, Chick-fil-A, Dell Taco, El Pollo, KFC, Popeye, Arby's, Togo's, Longjohns Silv's, etc.).Seriously.
Vegetarian options: Not sure if the sandwich names but I know they exist.
Dietary restrictions: You may ask to leave item off your sandwich such as Bacon or Tomatoes, or Onions. Just like every other FF-Rest.
Parking: Very crowded around 11:30am at this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Store IS Wheelchair accessible if you can find open one of the few ADA parking spots available in this shopping center.

Sean and the staff at this location are the best! They are our go to for our corporate meetings and events when we want something light and healthier. Whether it's for a group of 10 or our entire staff of 250+ people they are the best. I can only think of once or twice when something was not right. Even with that it was very minimal and an easy fix. I share that to say, no they aren't perfect, but they sure to do come close. We appreciate them and will continue to do business with this location.
