I went to this location with a friend and was in need of some water. We ordered our food and asked for a cup of water. The cashier told us, "We don’t have any free cups at this moment," and when I asked for a soda cup, he said it’s not free. All I wanted was some water since I don’t drink soda. This is my first time experiencing a situation where a restaurant doesn’t offer water! Cashier was nice though and it was not his fault.

If you are looking for a job I am sure this place may be looking to hire. They definitely need help. The lady helping me was very nice but seemed flustered. Maybe just got finished with a rush but all the veggies looked old and they had no lettuce and no provolone. I also asked for olives as the only add to my sandwich and did not get them. In the end the sandwich wasn't terrible but it also wasn't what I wanted.

They didn't have the veggie patty which should have been changed on the app. Got a call after a few minutes saying it's not available and she can't cancel my order and I can't do it too. The sandwich is updated as being ready. Lady is a mess, she's all over the place. Overworked and underpaid probably. She said she can't cancel but can make me tuna which I said okay to which she added like 6 or 7 scoops of tuna on my sandwich and lots of sauce and everything. It was so disgusting. I am never going back to this location!

Let Me Start When I First Walked In The Lady Was On The Phone Sitting Down. She Had Her Conversation Told Me Hold On I Stood There Waiting To Order She Comes Puts The Lady On Hold But Had Her On Speaker. I Tell Her I Need To Order Three Subs So She Tell The Lady On The I Gotta Go Customer Wants More Than One Sub. Okay So Now She Proceeds With Making Them The Meatball Marinara Was Dry I'm Talking No Sauce Really. The Veggies Looked Old The Trays They Came In Very Empty She Had To Keep Going To The Back To Grab Veggies As They Didn't Have Any Up Front At All The Bread Was Sitting On A Stand Near The Floor Barely Had A Variety But Two To Pick From. My Overall Experience Was Terrible And I Will Never Ever Spend My Hard Earned Money At This Particular Subway Ever In Life It Was A Ghetto Ratchet Experience.

The customer service at this store is horrible! When I went to use coupons I was told that I could because coupons can’t be used for Flatbread which wasn’t correct! Three basic sandwiches w/avocado and two medium drinks and I was charged $45!! My order the order should have been no more than $27!! The man that works there is lazy and blames his manager for his incompetence!! I will NEVER go back to this Subway again and I encourage others to find a new alternative Subway Store to buy from!

Very disappointed I purchased a meatball sub got home to see 6 small dry meatballs a teaspoon of sauce on it and what looked like old bread. If it wasn't for the fact that I was tired I would have definitely brought it back to the store. Never again will I step in this subway

It always seems to me that the chain is out of something. Last time they were out of the cheese to make a Philly cheese steak sandwich. This time they were out of steak and substituted it with roast beef. Not the same.
