Than she asked me what bread I want, I told her she, she proceeds to grab the bread than grab her phone with the same glove and start texting on the counter while having me wait again. It was extremely unprofessional and nasty.

This store has atrocious customer service. They wasted 15 minutes of my husband's time asking to see the order on his app even though he had the order confirmation email on his phone, just for them to tell him that they didn't have any of the bread that we ordered. Then, they refused to refund us for both of our sandwiches and said that it was up to us to cancel the order even though it literally says in the Subway FAQ to "Order carefully! An order cannot be modified or cancelled via the Subway® app or online once it is submitted and there will be a charge even if the order is not picked up. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact the restaurant where the order was placed (you can find that info on the 'Order Details' page)." This store desperately needs some retraining, especially "Tonvia", if that's even her real name.

I ordered online using the app. However once I got here I was informed that I couldn't have the drink I ordered because the "nossel" was broken. I was informed I could pick another drink I told the lady I can't drink soda can I please just get a refund for my drink since they have nothing I could drink just to be told no they don't do refunds. How is it a person can pay for something you can't give them but they are forced to take something else they don't want or can't have. I will admit I eat at subway a lot maybe a dozen times a month but after this experience I will NOT return to this store again. I have the did 4 stars just because my sandwiches are normally good but I haven't tried it yet after dealing with this lady

The food wasn't even that good..the choices for bread was only 2 ....then I ask to use the bathroom...and the lady said"SORRY THE BATHROOM IS BROKEN..NOW IF IM NOT MISTAKIN THAT IS A VIOLATION OF MY HUMAN RIGHT.LAWSUIT..AND ITS AGAINST THE LAW FOR EMPLOYES NOT TO Have a bathroom....wake up lady..this is California...not Afghanistan..we have laws for a reason...So yea I wouldn't want to recommend this sad place to my worst enemy...
