I had a coupon for a footlong $7.99. The coupon stated any one except 4 special premium. I said cold cut on wheat. Rudely stated there’s no footlong wheat and not enough meat for this sandwich and I can only order off this certain menu she pointed to even though the coupon says otherwise. Also out of a lot of veggies! Ok so instead of the 3 meats that are on the cold cut can I get two? No she said even though there’s two of the three meats available. The guy making my sandwich was also confused. So I said I’ll get another bread and she snaps snd says there’s footlong wheat in back! What? You just said there wasn’t any. I’m so frustrated by now. After all is said and done she said only one kind of meat per sandwich. I ended up with Turkey only not what I wanted or was expecting due to the coupon. This was my first time here and last!

as far as subway goes, this place is really solid. mobile or in-person orders have always been neatly prepared and tasty, its nice to have a healthier fast food option that is rich in veggies (if you so choose)

Worse subway in midtown by far the lady got my order completely wrong was missing ideas on top of that they put the wrong meat I requested and skimmed out on produce and over-toasted bread horrible sandwich!

I am a dasher for DoorDash I came in to pick up and order and went to use restroom before picking up order as there was a line and only one worker by the name of Tiffany . She waits as I’m at the bathroom to yell out “you have to purchase something to use restroom!” I proceed to say “I’m a dasher picking up and order, can I not use the restroom?” She says “no I haven’t started any DoorDash orders so you don’t have an order!” I leave and go across the street to use the restroom and come back to get my dasher order. She still has a line and even tells an elderly customer that she would have to wait to use the restroom because she would have to let her in. She also left after being told that. I’m just wondering if this employee is having a bad day or what because to yell at someone in front of a bunch of people is crazy

A great place to go and wait for 10 door dashers to pick up their orders. We watched the one employee at the store make 7 to go online orders before we just left. Absolutely will never go to a subway ever again tbh. This is sooooooo common at EVERY location. Understaffed and overworked.

I was not impressed at the least I will have to find all of the pictures that I took because unfortunately Tiffany the worker had on no hair net with her two ponytails flying about and everything was packed up I was literally shocked I've never seen a Subway look like that well it's open for business also Tiffany's attitude was lackluster at best as if I caused her a hard time coming in with 15 to 20 minutes to spare this review is very overdue I hope that they offer Tiffany some coaching and development but in this day and age chances are Tiffany is probably a manager
