I don't usually like subway but I'm in love with their herb and cheese bread. I also enjoyed going in there and speaking to Michelle, who is always friendly and makes my day just right. I hope her manager realizes what kind of great employee he has. Because you just can't find customer service that's good anymore but I found it with her.

I ordered a Flatizza which is pizza on flatbread. I received a flatbread with onions and bellpepper no top with no cheese and no pizza sauce on it.

I was not impressed at the least I will have to find all of the pictures that I took because unfortunately Tiffany the worker had on no hair net with her two ponytails flying about and everything was packed up I was literally shocked I've never seen a Subway look like that well it's open for business also Tiffany's attitude was lackluster at best as if I caused her a hard time coming in with 15 to 20 minutes to spare this review is very overdue I hope that they offer Tiffany some coaching and development but in this day and age chances are Tiffany is probably a manager

Understaffed, and the staff that are there lack even the slightest amount of critical thinking skills. Don't order online for this store, because they prioritize in-store orders. I had to wait about 40 minutes because customers kept showing up, which bumped my online order.

I think that they suck because it's Saturday morning I drove all the way from Richards boulevard to come over and get a couple sandwiches I pull up is 940 a.m and no one's here and they're supposed to be open so to me that sucks and it makes him a bad business and I don't know how the atmosphere is but I know that the service sucks

Terrible service and it's not the employees fault. Management historically and regularly understaffs this location. On a Sunday afternoon only one staff working and 7 people ahead of me. And online orders kept being prioritized over the in person customers. Employees are friendly and good at their jobs. But management cares more about saving money than providing good service
