Imagine your a trucker and your looking for a subway the store closes at 5pm and you rush to get here thru rush hour. you disconnect your trailer which is a pain in the a#$ you have to find a parking spot for a semi...Only to arrive at 4:45pm and get told they close early every day. What a joke what kind of people are running the business.

If I could give them a 1 star I would they continue to be rude and show attitude to there paying customers for no reason what’s ever. This is about the 3rd time I ordered from them and they DID NOT get my order correct again. Between the negative atmosphere and the lack of following basic skills I have had enough!!!

Only subway in the area worth going to. It’s clean, updated, and the employees are friendly.

They didn’t even cut it in half…. Need I say more?I will anyway. The guy putting on the toppings must have been leaving a trail for the mice. The strings of lettuce were few and far between. They thought Italian herb and cheese was a sandwich not a bread. They must have been fake employees I thought I was being punked.

So I went to Subway for lunch today. It is located in the base floor of the California Lottery building with limited clientele. So, I would presume that 90 percent of their business is State employees. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady. Its Subway, I don't really expect much. So far, so good. I ordered my sandwich and happened to see that the Soda fountain machine has a "out of order" sign attached to it. Originally thinking that I would order a "combination" meal complete with beverage and chips, I inquired as to whether the water feature was working. The young male who came out from the back related that he did no know. I walked over and pressed the water button and found that it does in fact work. I continued to wait in line and saw the customer ahead of me order a combination. He was charged the full price for the combination (absent a soda cup but with the price of a cup) and charged an additional fee for the 20 oz soda from the refrigerator. I chose to not pay twice for a single beverage so I ordered only a single sandwich. However, I have a medical condition which requires me to have a liquid on standby in case I start to choke so I asked for a water cup. I was informed by the young man that "They no longer offer water cups" I asked for a small soda cup for water and he related that the best he could offer me was to bring my own cup next time. I did not go into my medical condition which doesn't really matter since I survived my Subway ordeal but the potential for me to have had issues was real. I already get the feeling that this Subway store is on its way to closing for good and that socks for them, but maybe if they treated their customers better, they wouldn't be facing the same outcome.

There was only one helper for the lunch rush. Everyone else called in sick, probably the vax mandate walkout.
