Literaly the worst service (no english at all) but if you ask a question they just laughed and talked to eachother. Only reason I'm even eating it because I saw him put on new gloves. A little tip, IF YOU HATE MAKING SANDWICHES- DO WORK AT SUBWAY.
worst sandwich Ive ever had. Would have just gave it to a homeless person but 2 ft longs were $30 dollars!! No drinks. NO chips. Only simple no extra sandwich. Place was empty and dirty. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

I'm not sure if they were just having a bad day when I went in but the customer service was horrible One of the employees gave me a dirty look when I asked her to change both of her gloves before making my sandwich. She was counting money prior to me making that request.

Disappointed in how they make the sandwiches now. You can't find the meat, I'm not paying extra for how it should be. The way they cut the bread is different now too. The sandwich use to go a long way.

I was a customer here today and the service was horrible when i was ordering my foot long sub i had questioned a female employee if she was gonna toast my bread because she was applying the sauces first she put her hands up and palm open towards my face (super rude)

I called to ask for a manager and a male employee answered saying hello i was confused on where i was calling he asked who i was i will be posting a screen shot of how many times he has called me back and harassed me.

Above and beyond customer service. I was so impressed by the two women owners and the experience they gave us from the moment we walked in the door. From the taste of my sandwich, they obviously use local produce and high-quality ingredients because this was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back again anytime I’m in the Sacramento area.

PS the cookies were delicious.

I ordered a sandwich and they charged me $24. It's very expensive, but when I found out that the owners are Indians, everything became clear. They add to the price something that wasn't there.

The service lady took care of my order and dietary restrictions related to the food. Regular subway food with sensible service, I liked it. Hated the churros, but I don't really like churros at Costco as well, so it might just be me.
