These ladies were very kind and gave me a bomb sandwich! It was made with love, also they weren't stingy with the meat, veggies, and toasted my bread the way I enjoy it. They also asked if I needed water! Super thoughtful.

Got the Sweet onion Teriyaki Chicken sandwich, and the chicken was good, but the lady without asking, put the foot long roll in the oven to heat it, and I was OK with that, but when I got home I found out, it was because she gave me a stale roll. It was real stale on the bottom. I bake my own bread, so I know when bread if fresh or stale. I guess this place does not get enough foot traffic , or they make too much bread ahead of time? Well, I have always had better bread at the Nugget location, that has another Franchisee I think. When they put your sandwich in the oven, without asking, this is a red flag, they know they are giving you bread that is several days old, I asked for the regular white bread.

They don’t know anything about customer service. The employees were very rude. Trying to rush customers to order while whispering to each other. Hopefully the owner will provide proper training. ??♀️
