I went around late lunch time 2:30pm service was fact and accurate. They let me know what the special were for that day. I ordered something for both me and my children. And the price were listed if I didn't understand something they did clarify.

Ordered delivery through the app and it never came instead of offering to help me RAJ is deciding that she is keeping my $48 the other lady working on 6/26/2024 is rude and disrespectful I have camera footage of her yelling in my face after telling me to bring proof of my bank statement into her restaurant so they could help me. This is a photo of them today laughing in my face as I asked why they weren’t giving me my money back

The restaurant was clean. I went at 6:50pm. My order was missing the avocado, but both staff members were friendly on the phone and in the store. They remedied the problem quickly and without attitude. I really love the communication from the staff here. They are respectful.

The staff is so nice here and patient. This is the best subway, they always put extra cheese on their italian herbs and cheese bread and since they started cutting their own meat, it is so thick and fresh! I would definitely recommend ordering online though because they get super busy!

We had the pleasure of lunching at Subway today. The new churros, pretzels, and cookies are pretty good. The parking in this parking lot is not ideal, we had to park next-door and walk over. Otherwise, 10 out of 10.

Order “more” sauce and got the blandest wrap ever.I don’t think there’s any sauce in it. Taste like bland meat and veggies. Very Disappointed. (Night crew, lunch crew did better job)

We had a long day with putting up X-mas decorations and decided instead of cooking my husband and I would use our coupons to order four footlong sandwiches from Subway. We entered the establishment and there were two staff employees working. One employee was cleaning windows and the other preparing sandwiches. I told them we had coupons and they stated that the scanner may not work. While ordering the sandwiches we explained that we wanted the vegetables separate on two of the sandwiches. The worker said ok, she would do that after heating them. Long story short they refused to accommodate us and stated that they would not continue preparing our meal. They then took two other customers while we were still trying to get our sandwiches. One employee was disrespectful stating that she would not deal with us. We left without any sandwiches, and ended up going to KFC for dinner. Worse customer service I've ever experienced.

My sandwich was barely toasted and had a large amount of mayonnaise on it. The sandwich wasn’t even warm when it got back to me.I got the Philly which is supposed to be served hot. Spent money on double protein just for it to come back cold. Extremely unhappy customer. Will not be returning to this subway again.
