We had the pleasure of lunching at Subway today. The new churros, pretzels, and cookies are pretty good. The parking in this parking lot is not ideal, we had to park next-door and walk over. Otherwise, 10 out of 10.

In the past, I submitted an online order, and because I didn't get there within 20 minutes to pick it up, they gave my prepaid order away. So, I had to sit there and wait until they took care of all the other customers first, while my sick children were at home. I asked if I could have my tip money refunded and was told no. They told me that I needed to leave the store NOW! I was dumbfounded. I asked for a mgr, and she raised her voice and told me to GET OUT. My jaw dropped. MOST RECENTLY, i placed an online order (the only location that delivered) for my usual, and I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY SERVED ME. If anyone can identify, please let me know. It was putrid. $46 down the drain. Will never go back, and hopefully, this review is more efficient than contacting corporate, as in the employees don't seem to care about, totally mild in comparison, the previous situation and alluded that owner wouldn't either.

Got the #12 Turkey spinach Avocado with everything n broccoli soup. My baby got the pizza it was good lol they also add veggies for free on the pizza.

My sandwich was barely toasted and had a large amount of mayonnaise on it. The sandwich wasn’t even warm when it got back to me.I got the Philly which is supposed to be served hot. Spent money on double protein just for it to come back cold. Extremely unhappy customer. Will not be returning to this subway again.

So, my daughter and I forgot to get lunch for her yesterday, so I Googled the closest Subway (surprised they opened so early lol). I was hesitant to go to this location due to the reviews but I was proven wrong. It is clean, and it smells clean. The latina woman (I'm assuming, I'm latina too) is very, very sweet and kind and helpful. The food items were fresh and bread is great! No weird smells, I'm pregnant so my nose is on point. Will definitely be back, things have obviously changed since the bad reviews!

Ordered online simple bacon ranch sub. They called me, told me they didn't have any bacon and that I would have to order something else, then called me again and stated that if I wanted bacon, I would have to pay 2.00 extra. Why would I pay 2.00 extra for a sandwich that already comes with bacon?!? This place is a rip off, avoid at all costs!
