Got the yaki udon, the flavor was perfect, a bit of heat and umami. the hinoka roll was delicious and the tried the udon soup version and it also tasted great! perfect pair with the soft noodles

We ordered the Kaf Large Sashimi To-Go and were absolutely blown away! Every single piece was incredibly fresh, beautifully cut, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care that went into the preparation. The presentation was gorgeous — vibrant colors, perfect garnishes, and generous portions.
Special thanks to Chef Joey and Hinoka Sushi for his outstanding work! His attention to detail and commitment to quality truly made this a memorable dining experience, even as takeout. Highly recommend this dish and Chef Joey’s creations to anyone who loves top-tier sashimi.

The place was beautifully decorated. My friend and I came here post hike. The nigiri platter was beautifully put together. We loved the oysters. I had only had uni once, wasn't a big fan. However, I tried this uni and somehow it taste so much better than what I remembered. Definitely recommend this place for some good sushi. Its located in a plaza, so parking is not an issue.
I think the fish itself is very good and fresh. I went with my kids and they liked the food but I do admit it is on the smaller side and definitely more expensive compared to other places but I like it if you go once in a while, not all the time.

Birthday girl was impressed with the decoration., In my opinion, the food didn’t meet the benchmark expectation. Let me explain, the jalapeño bomb was big but flavors were lacking plus not spicy as described in the menu. The tempura lacked salt. The rolls were ok. No wow factor that my taste bud would crave to return.
Service was okay.
Parking- I would rate 10/10 since it’s free parking and lots of parking spot. Beware if you leave anything in the car. Not safe spot since homeless folks in the parking lot.

The Wife was craving sushi for some time now and we just happen to find this place. We were received right away and everyone was so polite. We both got a lunch bento(Sashimi, Sesame chicken) and two rolls (Super Lion King, Suki). All the food was so good, the sesame chicken was probably the highlight of the food. If you go in from 11-2 there are some sweet deals. Definitely a place worth checking out.
