I LOVE these cookies, been eating them since I was a kid and never realized they were vegan until a worker at the Co-op mentioned it. The Peanut Butter is great and the Lemon is just plain addictive, can't get enough. Don't know what the secret is but these cookies stay chewy forever. Wishy were available in every store in Sacramento!
