This place use to be really good but now with the new staff the quality of food is poor. They still give you big servings but the flavor is bland the chowmein is dry and when I ordered the house fried rice they only gave me a single shrimp. And the dried fried rib was really doughy

Just recently moved back to Sacramento after being gone 5 years, owners had to be different because the food was so nasty , i ordered 6 different items and all the meat this weird after taste, maybe over did it with some spice or cooking wine not sure but it made me want to throw up.

The quality is like no other. Nice thick pieces of meat, real egg in the fried rice, made when you order. The flavors and spices are incredible. Fast service, although they only do take-out orders. They load up the plate/box. We always have leftovers. This is our go-to chinese place!
Great place to satisfy a craving for Chinese takeout! Service is usually very quick and I am always satisfied with the amount of food they give.

I would give a zero stars if i could. During Super Bowl sunday, I went into the restaurant and ordered some food. While I was there, an elderly african African gentleman who was waiting for his approached the cashier after checking his receipt and told her that somehow there was a $98.00 tip that was added to his receipt. He politely asked to get that amount reduced since he only ordered $100.00 of food. The cashier was very rude to the gentleman and refused to help him. After watching this go on for about some time, I requested for the cashier to do the right thing even if it meant that she had to call the owner. She told me to mind my own business and told me to shut up. Just like the other gentleman, I have been going to this location for over 20 + years. The previous owners wouldn't have treated any customer like this, and she would have done what's right. I can not support a business who is greedy and has no customer service. As a result of this experience, I canceled my order and never ever go back there again.

We had a work function to celebrate Lunar New Year today. The restaurant really came through for us last minute. The pricing was good, the portions were large, and they were able to accommodate a large order relatively quickly. The food tasted amazing too. The hit was the wings overall. Thank you!
No complaints. The food that I've eaten from here has been very good so far. I would recommend trying their fried rice. It is better than most Chinese restaurants in the Sacramento/ Elk Grove area.

Every time I'm near Mack road I will hit this spot you can't lose it always taste fresh and it's served hot prices are decent to go only but hey they can open a food truck and I'd still be a fan I recommend it constantly good it just don't miss

. I love their lunch specials because they are cheap and you get a lot of food for the price they have. I love their orange chicken, it's sweet and the sauce on it is thick and not watery. They only have takeout. They are close on Tuesdays.

We've been coming to Sunrise for a while now and it's our go to for Chinese food but lately their service has declined. We like hot mustard with their prawns and they always give me a hassle with getting some. I normally order a lot of food and they only want to give me 2 of the tiny containers, on my last visit I asked for more and she straight up told me NO! I said I'd pay for it if I needed to and she still seemed hesitant. Food though is good. The chicken chow mein always has huge chunks of chicken, the prawns are battered and fried perfectly and I've never really had any issues with gross chewy or fatty pieces of meat. Because I order a lot of food each time, it a get pretty pricy but it seems fairly on par with the inflation issues and quality you get. Just wish their customer service was a little more friendlier.
