Service was very slow, I had to get up a numerous amount of times to order new rolls. We were shorted some pieces of sushi after I mistakenly ordered a similar roll from the other and they fixed it no problem (I decided to keep one as it was already made and similar) outside of giving less pieces of sushi.
Another issue I had was the fact that there was no miso soup, which is typically complimentary- I guess coming stateside, people get greedy as in many asian countries, miso and rice are complimentary dishes.
I wasn’t a fan of the experience and won’t be back when/if I return to the area. Though- the sushi was definitely delicious.
Place is clean, high chairs are available.

If you want true Japanese cuisine, try the menu at Sushi Cafe. They are located a cross from William Land Park in Sacramento. Great menu choices from Ramen, Bento boxes, sushi boats & more! And don't forget the assortment of premium sake! Kanpai 🍶

I sat at the sushi bar and had a Freeport Roll and a Sac State Roll. I preferred the Freeport Roll. Unfortunately I kept getting whiffs of cleaning products, which was not appetizing.

The food is always EXCELLENT. But the customer service is poor. ONLY because of the food do I return because the staff consistently never checks back to see if we need anything.
Parking: I'm sure the service will improve because though I've made a comment before, this time I brought it to the attention of the head waitress & her other 2 waitressing staff present. I'm sure it's not a racial thing (as I stated to them but the service here consistently sucks! ) I truly believe they are oblivious to their service. But the good is definitely worth it--consistently delicious.

This was a lovely place to go have a good relaxing late night dinner. The staff was friendly and the food was great! I would recommend the ramen It was perfect!! The pork melted in the mouth. My husband got the bento box he really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back here.

Food was just okay. Service was meh. The waitress never refilled the water or asked if everything is alright. I also just kept hearing her laughing extremely loud at the counter multiple times, which was kind of annoying and blasted my eardrums since I was sitting near that area. I prefer the other restaurant on Alhambra.
