I ate here while visiting from out of town. The food was pretty good and I always like free soda refills. The bathroom needs some work. It was very dirty, smelled terrible, and didn't have any soap. They also keep the bathroom locked and you have to request a key. Why keep it locked up when you let it sit in that state of disrepair? Might as well let everyone in and let them do what they want in there - can't get any worse!

The Philly cheesesteak was out of this world the flavors the tenderness of the steak omg! Then, I had to purchase a double cheeseburger to take home, guess what it never made it home LOL

The location, I've bumped into it from time to time but I really wanted to come and visit.
First thing I noticed is that it's very retro style in its design which I'm a big sucker for. I also like that there's seating inside and out. The service was friendly and when I wanted an item removed they took it off with no problems. I waited a good 5-7 minutes and ordered the Deluxe Double Burger Combo with a side of the Chicken Tenders. First thing I noticed was that it seemed a little smaller than I imagined for the price. Flavor wise with the tenders were decent, but I prefer a little crunch with them. The Jalapeno Ranch was a nice touch with them. The burger, I tasted all that was with it, but no flavor on the burgers themselves. The fries were crispy and seasoned, personally not a fan of the types of fries but not the point. Soda fountain tasted more syrupy than soda, I'm not sure if their carbon was low.
The service was phenomenal and the employees are great, the flavor however and possibly portion leaves a lot to be desired especially for the price. I don't know if there's anything else to add other than that, I just feel there was a lot to desire.
Final Note: I LOVE that you have board games in the big room.

Im sorry to update this review. But it saddens me to say something has changed over there. It was my favorite cheese steak. Simple just meat and extra cheese. I used to get 2. I stopped in today because I thought right on. But as soon as I took my first bite I realized I remember the last time I noticed that. I don't know if it's the cheese, meat, chef, of vendor but it is not the same.

Wanted chili fries.They don't sell chili fries, but you can add chili to anything for 4 extra dollars.I'm not paying nine dollars for fries.That's insane, and it's a rip off.They need to have a chili cheese fry for like 5-6 dollars

I ordered a chicken Philly cheese sandwich and it was dry barely had meat or veggies it was mostly bread I was disappointed 😞 they changed the fried pickles 😒 they are not as good as they used to be
