Decent atmosphere nice presentation on food.Subpar service. Understaffed front of house for a busy lunch and no proper organization on their FOH operations.Too much chloride in towels they use to wipe tables. My table wasn't wiped properly either. Food residue from previous diners.Food value not there $16 for Bun Bo Hue and what I received was good tasting broth with two bones with meat the size of my thumb and a few other smaller pieces of meat...Maybe I came on a bad day, but theres no excuses when you're charging above average for like food.

My go to dish is the crab noodle bun rieu, never fails. Second favorite is wonton noodle ? super yum. Wonder how the bun bo hue taste, I'll try that next time. Wanna try the crab udon soup banh canh cua too, but I backed out every time cuz of the price lol. Maybe one day I'll try that...

Maybe I should have gone 5 stars, anyway wow fast service, I have never had such delicious Bún Bò Huế, and something caught my eye Cafe Muối Salt Coffee, ill to go back tomorrow and do it again along with that coffee. Anyway, 1st time, good job, good food, and even some good ?

9/2023 Good food, restaurant was remodeled, beautiful interior, menu was updated, the restaurant now accepts credit cards. However, the banh canh cua was $23 instead of $15 seems to be a bit overpriced.2022 Good food highly recommended, nice restaurant, friendly service. However, limited food selection & change daily. Crab noodle comes with lots of stuff, duck / pig blood, huge elbow meat, tofu, crab style meatball, noodle self serving pour in with hot pot style, only thing you need to be careful is the soup is super hot, duck noodle is recommended, lots of seating and patio seating area, parking lot is big and easy to park the whole mall.

This is our first time at Tu Quy. We don't know what to expect. But the representation is a surprise to us. The bowls are keeping the Bun Bo Hue hot for a long time. The taste is satisfying. We are coming back for sure.
