It's a hit-and-miss on the staff, so manage your expectations. The curry chicken is good but a bit salty. I like their boba selection and the waffles, but I mainly come here for the avocado shake with boba.

I almost forgot about this T4 in Lake Crest Village. We walked over after having lunch at Dumpling Yo. It's a quiet and smaller location with 4 or 5 tables. We picked up Kumquat with basil seeds and were in and Growing up in Hong Kong, Kee Wah Bakery was a household name. I remember eating lots of their cakes and baked bread as a kid. One of our favorite places for Boba. Their Taro smoothie is delicious. They don’t have the best food options so that’s why I’m giving 4 stars. Other than that the staff is nice and the service is quick.
