I was excited to try out this T4 as we usually go to the one on Florin. We ordered the taro milk tea with Boba and there was a very present taste of mold in both drinks and it did not taste fresh at all. Next morning woke up feeling sick, I can't recommend this place at all, spoiled ingredients are no joke. We took the drinks to go so there is no way to get reimbursed also which is unfortunate.

Ordering was quick and easy but the drinks were so so. The boba was a bit too soft and chewy and didn't have much flavor for my taste. I will however say that they sell macaron ice cream sandwiches and they're so tasty!!

I feel like I'm at a club with the music and disco light lol. I liked that they had games available and small seating for children besides the booth. Staff was not the friendliest but not rude either, so no pro or cons. The Basil Popcorn Chicken is always my go to at every T4 I go to and it definitely did not disappoint. It took a little while but came out perfectly hot and crispy. I tried their Red Guava Black Tea with pearls and I would not get that again. The flavor was all syrup and the boba tasted like it was not cooked thoroughly. This was my first time at this location and could possibly be my last.

Met a friend here to catch up. I just had lunch so I got a mango green tea with boba. My friend got a slush and also added some popcorn chicken too. I got my drink fairly quickly. I barely paid and sat down when I got to pick up my drink. My friends drink, however took like 5-7 minutes and she ordered right after me. Then the popcorn chicken probably took like 20 minutes or so to come out. There were plenty of people who also ordered food after us that were waiting awhile and asked about it multiple times I get they probably have to make the chicken and other foods. to order so that it's hot and fresh but maybe give a heads up when you order it that it'll be a minute, so people aren't as impatient. My drink was standard and delicious. I only had one or two of the chicken and it was great tasting. You just need to be prepared to wait. Not sure if they're understaffed. But I really only saw one person in the front, making the drinks and taking orders. Probably only one person in the back making the food. In a shopping plaza, so parking was easy
