i mean i can't even think about this order a snow globa boba milk tea, large with less ice, and 30 % sweet. here is things first come with small cups i ask the front desk guys then he bring back remake the point can't understand a point is less ice but come out whole cup ice and no tea taste i mean serious business like in sac i can't believe that most fun part sweet is 30% right but then come out taste 0 sugar.

Ordered popcorn chicken and waited over 20 minutes for our food, completely unacceptable. We came around 9:30 p.m., and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency from the staff. On top of that, we ordered the basil popcorn chicken, but there was no basil at all. Really disappointed.

Ask how much your donuts will be before you select them. They charged me over $1.50 for sprinkles vs a non-sprinkle chocolate raised.
DONT go order at the register because they will UP YOUR SIZE and make you pay for more. Order at the kiosk so you can make sure you get what you want or they will charge you extra and make it seem like it’s “all fine” and take your money. It’s honestly SAD that their workers don’t care when you bring it up either.

I have to say the choices of the different boba drinks was great and to top it off the choice of food and snacks looked really good. We chose the popcorn chicken which was hot and fresh and tasted great. As for the staff they were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The interior of the store was clean and well laid out. To be honest the only detractor from our visit was the neighborhood between the number of homeless and sad say tweakers outside the shop didn't feel like it was the safest.
Kid-friendliness: The young woman was very helpful and patient with my daughter who can be very indecisive at times.
