Order at the kiosk so you can make sure you get what you want or they will charge you extra and make it seem like it’s “all fine” and take your money. It’s honestly SAD that their workers don’t care when you bring it up either.

I have to say the choices of the different boba drinks was great and to top it off the choice of food and snacks looked really good. We chose the popcorn chicken which was hot and fresh and tasted great. As for the staff they were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The interior of the store was clean and well laid out. To be honest the only detractor from our visit was the neighborhood between the number of homeless and sad say tweakers outside the shop didn't feel like it was the safest.
Kid-friendliness: The young woman was very helpful and patient with my daughter who can be very indecisive at times.

I do like this place. And normally put in for group orders for my night shift. I am so bummed that they messed up my latest order. I had ordered a roasted oolong, but got rose milk instead. Had to toss it, which I was sad by. But they make good drink overall.

Okay, so my girlfriend and I went in, because she was craving Boba. She ended up grabbing the “Snow Globe Milk Tea” in a large, which she loved. But i saw the receipt and I had asked her if we had tipped because there is a charge called “Tips” and it took $1.24. I am all for tipping but not companies that do it underhandedly. I will give you a tip. You are not entitled to take one. Just passing this on to others. Watch your receipts. I know it is a small amount, but i want the option to tip…

This place is modern small. Very long list of drinks. Separate menu for foods. I ordered thai tea. Which tea part is ok but boba was under cooked. I still love tea 18 in natomas Sacramento better.
I came here for the tea eggs, which are surprisingly hard to find outside of China. But, when I finally got them, they were not flavorful and the shells hadn’t been cracked enough for the tea to really soak through.Also, I expected the staff to know what was in the “white boba” but he couldn’t tell me if it was tapioca or another ingredient. I will save you the time and money for ordering it yourself, it is coconut.The boba tea itself was fine. Not too much ice and it was sweetened to my level of request. I would come here again since it’s not overpriced and trendy like some other boba places, would just try some other items next time.
