Unfortunately this review is more about the inadequacies of their app and the ability of their crew members not being able to support the app as if it's a different company or something... I guess it's more about expectations and mine were too high to be met. I must reiterate, this review should not reflect upon the employees of this specific TB.

It's kinda crazy to write a review about a fast food corporate place... BUT this is my go to spot. I've been a regular at this location for almost 5 years and the staff is the best around. They are always so nice and kind. Of course there are mistakes and not great items, but we are all human. The staff makes up for it time and time again. The line also always moves fast!

Finally got the app and while it works okay, the personal favorites menu doesn't record the personal changes made when storing. Also, if I want multiple emails and text messages I'll ask for them....

Awesome friendly staff chill place for me and Frenchie to eat lunch. And beat the heat for a minute.
Do not go here it’s horrible it over 25 minutes to get my food and when I asked how much longer the staff was very rude and aggressive to me telling someone working on it when I got my food it was ice cold and they had intentionally smashed it. It was also very unhealthy they took a costumers food back after they had taken a bit and put more stuff in it on the pre countertop they need to be closed for health cook violations
