Went here bout a week ago ordered and I didn’t leave the parking lot until I checked my order and they forgot my burrito. I go back through the line and they give the burrito. I get home they also had forgotten my tacos on the side. Went back up there they give me the tacos and a couple of coupons. I looked today why the coupons they gave me been expired for almost a year 12/31/2023.

I wanted to try the big cheez it crunch wrap combo but they told me it was an online only deal. Definitely not true because looking online it's not listed under online only. All these places want you to order online for the best prices and deals. I'm already here. Give me those deals. Makes you want to say forget it and go somewhere else. I got the grilled cheese burrito bell bundle instead. It was alright. The portions are so small now. Fast food is no longer fast and no longer cheap.

To many homeless people laying inside under the tables and outside .I work hard everyday an would love to take my kids out to eat without having the stench or physically having homeless people under the table were my kids are trying to enjoy there meals .The bad stench is sooo bad it over rides the smell of the tacos being cooked...zero stars on atmosphere and smell
