This place has open late plastered all over the building(until 1 am), with all lights on inside, but not a single worker in sight and they do not answer at the window or speaker. I had gotten there well before "closing" and this has been my experience every time I've come here to the Marconi location off of Fulton Ave.

Worst place ever I will never return they messed up a simple order and when I tried to have it fixed with and get the order I paid for while having the receipt Gabriela Z was very rude and said that I got what I ordered. I’ve been going to that location for years but you just lost a customer. Very rude service and not worth the 20 dollars an hour you pay them.

Bro, this is the second time we ordered the box set and it’s missing a chip! And the boxes were taped shut (pick up at drive thru) and we didn’t know until we arrived home and ready to eat. I don’t know if you’re hiding the missing food or what but please always make sure customers get what they ordered! It’s too much work to have to go back and asked for the missing items which we didn’t bother to do.
