You ask why 5 stars. Well Taco Bell is the same as it ever was. Well you used to pay 59 cents for the value menu, when minimum wage was $4.25... In any case the value is still there; especially for an inexpensive, quick bite.

This Taco Bell location is one of the cleanest and most well-kept branches I’ve visited. The dining area is spotless, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming every time. It’s great that they also have clean restrooms available for customers — makes the experience much more comfortable. The food always comes out fresh, and the service is fast even during busy hours. You can tell the team here cares about keeping everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the best Taco Bells around.

This Taco Bell is closest to my house so I definitely go to this one mostly, although I am starting to wonder if I should drive further and go to the one on Howe. My biggest problem with this Location is that they constantly serve the nacho fries with cold fries. This hasn’t happened to me just once or twice or even three times I can guarantee over the last couple of years since nacho fries has gone on and off the menu and then became permanent. this has happened probably about 20 to 30 times and it’s ridiculous. They should never be serving cold food. It’s literally a health hazard, but the fact that they do and are clearly getting away with it a Probably why there’s no incentive for them to change even though I always try to take it back However, when it’s my boyfriend who orders and brings at home, I don’t want to send him back because he’s usually worked a long day so I End up, throwing them away and not even eating them because I don’t wanna eat cold food, but I also can’t always take the order back every time. So I’ve made a habit when I order to tell them straight out the order window that I need them to put in fresh hot nacho fries because I do not wanna eat them cold And if they choose not to then I’m gonna get back in line and I’m gonna make them remake them until I get a hot order and if that’s not possible to just please let me know because I just won’t pay for them or have them on my order today if that’s what they’re gonna do for the day and when I say that the person taking the order usually gets very defensive like we’re so sorry for your past experience we promised that will give you a hot fresh order today. It’s no problem. You just might have to wait a little bit in the parking lot upfront because we will have to make them fresh and brand new and I’m like OK but here’s the thing like if you know you have to make them fresh and brand new then how long are you letting the fries sit there like it doesn’t make any sense. When I have caught them giving me a cold order and I immediately bring it back around I know, though whoever is working with the window that sweet lady usually gets very frustrated and will lux the workers in the back saying you know that you’re not supposed to be serving cold fries like you need to follow the rules and getting rid of the old ones and replacing them with fresh ones. The last three times that I had my boyfriend pick us up Taco Bell after work and I have even told him the very last time which was a few weeks ago to just tell To please do a fresh order and guess what he didn’t check it again which I told my boyfriend multiple times you have to judge you have to fill the fries and guess what he brought them home and my house is literally three minutes down the road from Taco Bell and guess what they were you guessed it COLD. I don’t Understand what’s so hard for these workers here to just serve hot fries! They should literally get reported for consistently serving cold fries like it’s not about just preference serving cold food is a health violation.

Our order was messed up and we tried to have them remake it and they told us they could not remake our food or process a refund with a receipt because their manager was not there and wouldn’t be there for 2 days. This is unacceptable. Bringing back the food that was mad completely wrong uneaten and a receipt should grant a refund and they said they could not process that. Do not come here ever. The cashier is Jeffrey G.

Rising prices and less product. Not good for business, not good for customer experience.
I had gotten to the taco bell at 1801 watt Ave at about 9:50am one morning and was wanting breakfast burritos. Now as I'm waiting for a person to take my order, because I don't use kiosks... I realized that they didn't have a breakfast menu up. So I ask about it and they said they were done with breakfast already. Now if they are a normal store they would have opened at 9am. Which means they wouldn't be done serving breakfast till 11am. I got back to my car at 9:54am.
