Ordered a Chicken Enchilada Burrito and it was served COLD. Every time I come to this specific location, the food is garbage. Couple weeks ago, I got the box combo of the same burrito and when I got home, it was a COLD BEEF BURRITO. Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. At least the soda wasn’t hot lol. How do you guys serve food cold when you were just given the order? MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE CHANGED. Get people who actually care about their customers to work here. Don’t serve food you won’t serve yourself or your family!!

I recently visited this Taco Bell location and had a positive experience. While I don't frequent Taco Bell often, it serves as a reliable option for a quick and affordable meal when I'm on the go. The service at this location was prompt, and my order was accurate and enjoyable. I would definitely return to this location if I'm in the area again.

The overnight workers just stand inside talking to each other only. 4 cars in front of didn't get anything and left and i also didn't get any orders taken either so i left without anything too.

I ordered a box, a chicken quesadilla, and two double decker tacos, and large nacho fries and they forgot my son’s quesadilla and I get home thinking i was going to eat and it’s a hair in my taco!!!! The lady at the window was nice but I lost my appetite and no one is answering the

Food was more bland than other locations but came out very quickly. It only was about a 2 minute wait from ordering to the order being completed.
Came through the drive-through, person on the intercom was rude and said please hurry up and make your order. I’m all by myself, drove to the window, dirty gloves, on handling money and food, food was cold, and of course, ended up with diarrhea and stomach pain. We will not be visiting Taco Bell, or any other anytime soon. 12:30 AM, October 23.

Shadiest Taco Bell I've ever been to besides East LA in the 90s. I went to the drive thru and they told me I had to come inside.
They wouldn't give me my senior discount of a small 25¢ soda. Boooooo.

Worst Taco Bell in South Sacramento especially if you go through there at night it's the worst they do not care at all management is very rude to their own employees your order will not even come out correct and if you do back try to fix it they're extremely rude and take over half an hour to get you your right
