There teenagers working here they can't care less about you waiting in line for 10 minutes just to tell you they don't have what's in the menu. Trash food anyway maybe it's a good thing they don't have what they sell.i do not recommend.

As I walking by taco bell I noticed employee Elijah cleaning the bottom of the napkin holder and had to stop and buy something because never ever have I seen someone clean the bottom.

I’m going to give this Taco Bell five stars today because the other Taco Bell’s in the area suck this one is in the mall and actually makes your tacos and burritos have food inside of them. Definitely not Howe Avenue.

This place NEVER answers the phone. The young girl who also works here doesn't know how to do their job. My grandmother and I went to taco bell & I ordered a Mexican pizza, they gave me the broken chips so they didn't have to toss them away. My grandma got a dish and spent $60 worth of food and the girl did not provide any napkins, utensils, and gave shitty service. My name is Dom I was the manager on Manzanita for over a year. If I transferred there I would of written her up instantly. She was very rude, unprofessional, and did not provide anything we asked for. You guys need better staff and you are lucky I did not put my transfer in there or I would of turned that whole place around.

Come to us on manzanita if you want better service & food quality.

If I can rate it, a "0" would be my answer. Please take down the mobile order. What's the point if you mobile order and you get your order last. Made a mobile order at 1250, got the text 1254 is ready and it's now 1:19. No response, nothing, waited in line, and 10 customers got their order already. When finally got our order, not apologetic, nothing, and finally, the manager decided to tell us that the mobile order comes LAST. Then please don't do the mobile order. It's not that we were last. it's that we got the confirmation that the order was ready when it wasn't, and we were told MOBLE ORDERS ARE LAST. That doesn't make sense.

I got food from here today and almost died! Idk what you cooked your cinnamon sticks with but please stop using paint thinner! That's what it tastes like and it burned my throat an hour and a half later, since you didn't answer my calls, I contacted corporate.

I was asked to place my own order at the kiosh machine due to being short staffed. Had i not been there with my wife and kids i would have not spent a dollar there! Very poor customer service when the customer is asked to do the job of the employee!

Managers at this location are corrupt, Inder and Kenneth are the two main managers at this location and you'd think with the amount of years they've both spent at Taco Bell locations that they would have learned how to treat their employees with respect and dignity. Inder participates in time fraud while Kenneth expects everyone to do his job for him, he typically will be on line making food, screaming at customers at the front or at the back on the computer, but he'll have someone else do his activities for him because he suffers from chronic laziness. They are especially weird with teenagers that work at this location, but more specifically teenage girls. If you're inquiring about a position at this location try to find a different place in the mall as they will cut wages, expect you to do their duties for them all while making you feel uncomfortable. If you applied for a cashier position you should not be doing manager duties as managers are earning a higher wage than you but having you do the work for them. Put yourself first.

I've gotten the chips and nacho cheese twice now. The chips have a very distinct cardboard smell and taste the same, like they're very stale. I got the guacamole today as well, and it has a weird oil to it that did not mix and the taste was also off, like it had been sitting there for a while. Super disappointed in that. The food is normally really good, don't order the chips though.

Extremely slow when producing food orders. Confusion amongst paying customers of not being able to hear name or number being called when food is ready (atmosphere is very loud). Over crowding of customers near counter waiting for purchased items. Lack of product availability. Cashier was very polite.
