Hit and miss when it comes to the food. Some days it's great, other days it's iffy. It just depends on the drive and workforce from the employees. The lobby fountain machine is flat 90% of the time. I tend to ask the employees to fill my drink from the drive-through window machine.
has been our local Taco Bell for years and most of the time they're on point but occasionally the food will be cold or they'll mess something up. but overall I'd still give him four stars

Food is always the same. The conditions inside this restaurant are vile. Dirty tables. Every table. The dining room was littered with food, empty hot sauce packets, napkins or other debris. The floor although not clean was not as bad as the tables. The front entrance has a thick film of dirty smudged finger prints. The counters are covered in a film of grease and dust. Nothing in the restaurant appears to have been touched or cleaned in a long time. 7 employees standing around in the back, neither friendly nor abrasive, just indifferent. This is not the place in which to dine.

This Taco Bell sucks they always get your Oder wrong and the food quality is not the same this extremely disappointing especially since there prices at the location is higher then other locations next time I will drive a lil further to a different location

Employee was so drunk tonight he asked if I wanted “cream and sugar” in my burrito. – I visit this Taco Bell often and the employees do not care about their work and are often drunk or high at work. Specifically, the two white blonde men, one with a beard, that they employ often at night. They get my order wrong every time, and today I decided to go back to let them fix the two burritos that I asked for no meat in, and that they still put meat inside of. They even had it written on the board not to put meat on them. They clarified again that I didn’t want meat on the items at the window, and then proceeded to give me burritos with meat in them. Completely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money, the employees here do not care about their job and come to work inebriated, often, as I and others have noticed plenty of times while coming here unfortunately.
I can’t even begin to tell you how often they’ve gotten my order wrong. I can safely say that this is one of the worse Taco Bell’s in Sacramento. I’m not sure if the employees are under poor management and aren’t being trained correctly, or if the employee’s just flat out don’t care at all about the customers needs since it’s just a temporary job for most of them. I’ve worked fast food in the past and I don’t expect the employees to be excited about coming into work, but it only takes a small amount of care and thoughtfulness to make sure the customers order is correct. Also, one of the ladies in the drive-thru today ripped the bag out of my hand after I told them that my order was wrong and didn’t even apologize after they gave me my order back.

I often use this restaurant, unfortunately they do not know what quality service and customer service is. when ordering, they often make mistakes, or pretend that they didn’t hear, or rather, they don’t want to hear the requests of their clients, even when you talk to them near the window. Such disregard from the staff..
I placed my order online so I could just go through the drive-through to pick it up my order. The whole process was very easy and relatively quick even though there was a long line of cars ahead of me. The prices were also reasonable.
