Edit: if I could give 0 stars, I would. It took over a week and multiple emails to the company to get my refund for a product I never even recieved. Ridiculous.

I used their mobile app and got one of the freezes and one of the refresco drinks, waited in the Drive-Thru and then when I got to the window was informed that the base for the freeze flavor that I ordered wasn't working so I could have one of the other flavors. I asked for two of the refrescos instead since I didn't like the other flavors of the freezes and apparently that was too much for them to accommodate. Because of a 50-cent difference. Really? it's not my fault your machine is not working and I'm not going to take a product that I don't like because of it. All I was trying to do was grab a drink on my way to work. But thanks for wasting my time, I didn't know that 50 cents would really make or break a corporation. Times are tough though. I won't be back.

Horrible customer service.
Saw me at the counter and ignored me.
Even after asking for more sauce, literally took them a minute to give me extra sauce like they were busy. The lady looked miserable working there.

Not sure what happened cause like half a year ago this was my favorite taco bell, usually got my order right and never unsatisfied, idk if it's the new workers but the past 2 months or so all the burritos have barely anything in them, none of the food is cooked right, the skimping and the general service has made this location take a major dive which is disappointing

Friday drive through packed all the time. Long wait at front counter but nice cashier young lady was very sweet. I had issues with my food stamp not working and there was trouble with the Machine. But the young lady was very patient and eventually got my card to work.

Very Nice restaurant and kind Workers. 10/10 food , i miss the Chili bean burritos.

There was so much people at the drive thru, but the young girl who was cashier was so so sweet! Very thoughtful, apologized for my wait and handled my order very quickly :) I made a few mistakes but they didn’t express irritation and was very patient with me. Food came fast and I will be ordering again
