Honestly I’m amazed this Taco Bell is still open after Hollywood video closed … YES that’s how long ago this place should have closed up shop maybe the new one at Delta Shore will finally put the nail in the coffin because that one is WAY better already just go there it’s like a 10 min drive from Mack rd. Because if you go to the Mack Rd Taco Bell you are going to have a problem guaranteedEvery single time I go I have a problem…. With my order being incorrect/missing something… with the employees… with the ridiculous “policies” they have … and if you find something wrong or missing better bring your receipt because they will ask. They treat everybody like a fraudster or a thief and the employees are real ignant about it … get over yourself Taco Bell no one is trying to steal your fake beef tacos

I rarely rate anyone but this one definitely ticked me off, had a horrible experience for those who are planning on ordering or dining here might want to think twice, my order was missing a few items, meals were prepared poorly and when I mean poorly everything was sloppy, chalupa supreme without sour cream inside it instead it was literally spread across the outside of the chalupa, one looked like it was dropped on the ground and had a piece of lent stuck to it, seriously man! I am really flabbergasted....

Spent 45 dollars and got trash. My food was a mess. Didn't know how to eat it because there was sour cream all over the chalupas to top it off one of the chalupa had a piece of fur on it like it was dropped on the ground, was missing one hard taco, and the soft tacos had no meat in it, the nacho bell grande chips tasted like it was there from two days ago. Everything was thrown in the trash. My husband and I are very disappointed and surely won't be going back to this taco bell nor will we recommend anyone to go to this location on mack rd in Sacramento. It was the most horrible horrible experience especially on a super rainy night and time was 10:30pm even though the restaurant was just 5 mins from home we did not want to go back to have them remake our food because we did not want the same people making our food and being a waste for the second time. Drive thru late at night. Bad. Employees want to go home. Guy is mopping. Had to wait for my food. The $5 box over with. Everything cold. They substituted cinnamon dessert for nachos, really. Not again for a long time. I word rather eat my tongue raw.Parking: They parked me for cold food. REALLY.EMPTY

They did an excellent job taking the order for 7 tacobell boxes and getting the orders right. The one problem they always have is that the drinks don't taste like their suppose to. Always watered down and no flavor.
Yup, the reviews are true, this location is pretty crappy. It is close to my house and it's the only one that stays open until 2am so this is the location I'm stuck with. Orders are frequently messed up from missing items to not acknowledging customizations. My last interaction, I ordered via their app at 12:35am. By 1am it still said "your order has been received" so I sent my husband anyways to pick it up. He said he got there and the order was ready this entire time. The app still showed it as order received not ready for pick up. Our food was cold because of this. He gets home and we notice they didn't give us our 2 taco supremes so he had to drive all the way back to get them. Thankfully they didn't give him any hassle about the missing items. My cheesy Gordita crunch had no cheese between the soft bread and taco shell and it was also missing the spicy ranch sauce they put on it. All my chips for the nachos were basically crumbs and every taco shell for our tacos was broken. Things like this is pretty consistent with this location. Oh and my order on the app finally updated to ready for pickup at 1:25am, almost an hour after placing the order. If I would have waited for it to update, my food would have been even more ice cold!

They forgot the fries. The strawberry cinnamon twist was nasty compared to other Taco Bells. The Lucas Delco Taco was broke couldn't get it off the Tray. and didn't have no
If I can give it a 0 stars then I would. The workers here are rude and always rushing at the order menu at drive thru and then handing out the food without asking for any sauces. My burritos was not even grilled when it's called a grilled burrito, the tortilla was so stiff because it wasn't even warmed up for the proper amount of time on the first grill. They stacked all the burritos on top of my crunchy tacos so by the time I get home, my tacos are all smushy and broken. I understand that they have to hand out the food within a certain seconds from taking the order to get a good score for speed of service, but that doesn't mean to do a shitty job and half ass my order just to meet that score. The crew needs to be re-train on their food quality and customer services. Worst service ever!

Worst service EVER! No cars behind me, yet was told to pull to the side and wait for a order of 7 tacos. After waiting 15 mins, walked in to check the status on my food and they had forgot about my order. Talked to the manager directly and was told that they'd be working on it. Walk in 15 mins after that, and my order still wasn't being worked on and still somehow forgotten. Waited 55 mins for 7 tacos and got no apology for the wait or the forgetfulness. Place is very slow and unprofessional. Had 8 plus workers on staff, yet it took about an hour to get my food. I wanted to ask for a refund, but I used Apple Pay and didn't have my wallet on me to get that processed. Definitely don't EVER recommend this place! Save yourself time and ur money!
