Slow workers that take long to get your food ready lack of training. Where is the manager at you have these kids that are doing the bare minimum not worried about orders.

What a disgrace. If I can give 0 stars I would. I specifically asked for CHICKEN chalupas, and they gave me beef chalupas. When I went back to exchange, the employees just smiled and said, “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”.We went to get 2 Chicken Chalupas around, @11pm 10/29/23. This is such a disgrace and very unacceptable, as I have converted to HINDU RELIGION & do not accept BEEF AT ALL. Maybe Taco Bell, on GERBER RD, should hire a more experienced team with more professional association, confirming the franchise policies. I would not accept or suggest this service especially in todays time, to anybody. Stay away from this carless place ran by teenagers. I had a burrito supreme and some kinda grilled chicken burrito that my daughter brought out to me Cuz she works there ...they were both yummy I liked the chicken one more tho.....I recommend this taco bell for second visits
