Worst restaurant I have ever been to. There was no food prep and they closed the lobby and drive thru because they had no food prepped. Everyone including the manager was just standing around doing nothing. I will never eat at taco bell again

Is this place closed? I ordered online. They took my money and order, but when you go there the Taco Bell sign is gone. Then you try to open the door it is closed. Also, tried calling them and no one is providing answers. Ugh... gotta talk to my credit card to decline the charges now. Super inconvenient.

This place DOES NOT have drive through, either I'm blind but I didn't see a drive through. Also they're not really busy but it's hard to get someone's attention/order food...

I walk in and there is 1 customer ahead of me so they're not busy. I order the 12 taco party pack we WHICH IS ON THE MENU. The guy that is making the food walks to the front to tell the girl taking my order "we don't have that". The girl said "we don't have the 12 taco party pack". I decide to leave. I call after I left the store and spoke to a manager and asked if I can order the 12 taco party pack if I'm in the store and she says "yes". I explain that the employee just told me that they didn't have that even though it's clearly on the menu. The manager apologized. I explain that this the second time this employee was rude. Last month I walked into this Taco Bell and this employee was rude and obnoxious and told me I was ordering too much food. I ordered two 12 taco party packs and the employees had them ready in less than 3 minutes. The next customer in line was a lady with her young son. The same employee told her she was ordering too fast and to slow down. He then went on to tell her she was ordering too much food. The woman clearly became frustrated with the employee and started to argue to which the employee finally backed off. The actions of this employee is not a coincidence, this is a habit. I understand this is fast food but unfortunately, this person doesn't care about anyone but himself. I did not get the name of this employee. I did however call their corporate number but I'm sure nothing will happen so I will not be back to this Taco Bell. I went to the Taco Bell on Northgate and recieved great service and waited less than 5 minutes for my order. By the way, they let me order the 12 taco party pack.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. Its slow, dirty, and the staff where just BSing around while multiple customers were waiting. Never eating here again
