Jan 2026 I went on Wednesday around 10 PM and this is not only time happened. It happen in the past to. I asked for extra sauce and checked the order immediately. When I pointed out there still wasn’t enough, the employee insisted she already added it, which was clearly not the case. The issue wasn’t the sauce itself, but being brushed off instead of helped. Customer service could be much better

This place is consistently horrible. i work nearby and for the last year or so its continually crap. Cold food, poor attitude, little to no meat in the items, all around just not worth it any more.

Literally ANY other taco bell is better then here. Food is constantly cold (makes sense when it's waiting for you as you pull up to pay). Food is Literally thrown into bags and boxes.

I ordered vegetarian Mexican pizza and they gave me grounded beef inside it. That was a feeling of disgust for me because i was vegetarian all my life. Very careless employees.

I just wanted to leave this review as a thank you for Ivory, a rare worker who is the first person I've ever had at a drive through come out to check if I had forgotten something.
His general demeanor was refreshing, a rare occurrence where he actually didn't seem like someone tired of their job, and actually made me feel good as a customer.
My old review for this place was one star, and he turned another typical disappointment into a positive enough experience for me to change it to five, because he actually made my evening and my wife's.
Interactions like this are too rare, and my wife who has dietary needs is grateful, as am I.
I know the daily grind wears on us all, but for better or worse, I think that really highlights those who go out of their way for others, even when they don't have to.
So to Ivory, thank you, your kindness did not go unnoticed.

I never review fast food but this was so bad I had to. Been eating taco bell since the 90s, have never gotten taco bell so gross it was inedible. Ordered 2 chicken enchilada burritos. Burritos came with like a spritz of enchilada sauce so it was basically white chicken, white rice, sour cream and cheese. Everything was also room temp. Just gross.

I leave a lot of reviews and try to be fair, but this was the worst taco bell store ever. The service was terrible and very slow. The tables were filthy with no way to clean them ourselves. It was extremely hot inside the store as well

Been patronizing this establishment for years always been a good experience. But tonight was horrible. The service was quick. But the order was not appetizing. Number one I ordered crunchy tacos. They were not crunchy. The shells were stale and I ordered a bean burrito with no onions even stated on the ticket, but there were onions in it. I asked for Fire sauce, but I was given mild. That’s not even sauce and last, but not least ordered the cheesy Festa potatoes and was not given a fork. In the past, the food has always been satisfying. Today it was not. Just wanted to let you know

I never leave reviews but my experience today has made me want to leave one. I am incredibly disappointed. I am vegetarian so there is not a lot of options to eat out at Taco Bell. I ordered the spicy potato soft tacos. The tortilla was wet and soggy. They put it in the microwave how can I tell! My lettuce was warm and the cheese was melted! The potato’s were soft and not even cooked all the way! This by far was not fresh and past the holding time! The spicy sauce that goes on them was barely in there! This ruined the entire meal! To top it off I was trying to ask the lady for more sauce and she closed the window on me while I was still talking! This is the closest Taco Bell to my job I will never give my business here again ever! I will drive farther to the Taco Bell on Marconi avenues which is the only Taco Bell that makes the potatoes the right way and the tacos!!
