Food is actually good, only I ordered they new special where the hot sauce cost 40 cents a packet and they forgot my hot sauce. The atmosphere is not to bad still I feel all quick service food restaurants should have s much more comfortable dining area I am sure they have their reasons for why things are like I know people can make a mess ,still would be cool to see a taco bell that had like a more comfortable dining area with wifi computers and video games, possibly television or a movie area or arcade possibly a game room or something or some kind of more comfortable place to sit and relax even. Still it's clean and could dine in no problem..only issue I had recently is I didn't get my expensive hot sauce packets and that is part of the meal deal.

This is my favorite Taco Bell. I’m from Reno and stop here on my way home from seeing my grandson. This Taco Bell puts perfect amounts of items on the nachos bell grande. Employees are nice here too.

Walked in to Taco Bell, and there was nobody in front. I would hear people but that was the drive thru worker. Stood there for a while nobody would greet or take my order. As I look around there’s not even no customer inside, I did see one employee looked like she was on break because she was sleeping in a table with her phone. So I placed my order on the self order machine and just continue to wait. Few minutes pass by and the drive thru employee says “what can I get ya”, I let him know I placed order on the self order machine, then grabs my order. Idk if this place is short staffed or what but I would say it needs more people. I’ve never gone to a fast food place and have to wait that long.
Absolutely stellar service from an employee named kurtis gave amazing recommendations for items on the menu and was extremely personable this was my best service at any tacobell location in awhile

Greenback and Auburn Tacobell tonight was the worst in customer service and food. I have been here many nights but the staff tonight was lazy. The food was cold and one dish we were scared to try it. Wasted money and time going here with workers tonight no receipt to post Pic of time stamp and employees I'm tired n just wanted a quick snack.

Typically I use the new kiosk inside to order because I'm indecisive and hate wasting anyone's time. However, the employees are always quick to ask take your order jus in case. Staff is friendly and willing to help.Timing on the food varies on time of day and food being made. Prices on the value menu are decent and the chicken enchilada burrito on it is ? . Keep up the good work everyone!

Ordered 2 boxes and everything was just thrown into a bag. My burrito was crushed and split open so had to eat with a fork and knife. The cinnamon twists were all broken also due to being just tossed into the bag. Yall want minimum wage to go up...THEN WORK LIKE YOU DESERVE FOR MINIMUM WAGE TO GO UP.
Update: nothing changed. I decided to give this location another chance but again below minimum wage effort. My chalupa was soggy as if dipped in water. And I ordered nacho fries but instead of nacho sauce I got some cold mystery sauce. Tacobell wanna charge crazy prices and have trash workers. They dint deserve 20 an hour if they can't get my nacho fries right.
