That's what I call customer service, unlike the one at Foothills Rd i ordered on my phone app and in store pickup option wasn't available but the manager told me to pick drive trough option and you can dine in, this was 9:30 pm. Respect and thank you guys.

This is the ONLY Taco Bell I've ever been to that claims they don't have any Splenda or Sugar -and they sell COFFEE!! Also, if you order the De Lux in box and have cheesy potatoes, you can plan on eating them with your fingers because they apparently don't have any forks or spoons either - at least I received none when I picked up my order from the drive-thru. This location is across the street from my work which is convenient but not at the cost of having to eat with my fingers and no sugar for my tea or coffee.
There seemed to be a very good vibe here. My son really enjoyed his burrito as well. Thank you

Wish I could give them zero stars. Useless and the place is disgusting, they're back there cleaning and using the same cleaning gloves to make the food. I know because I stood there for ten minutes waiting tor service at the counter. Don't go here.

This location is pathologically unable to get a drive-thru order right. UPDATE: They seem to have gotten their act together. Haven't had an issue at the drive-thru for a while. Like most fast food, prices have gone up quite a bit but there are still some good values.
