Ordering with AI is so frustrating and annoying as it doesn't get the order right and keeps ending my order without me finishing all my orders.

I love taco bell but was very frustrated with a few orders I've had from this location. Typically when I visit Taco Bell and after the initial clanker greeting by the ai asking me to use my app, a human takes over and I can order in short form. This did not happen. here is no justification from a multi-million dollar corporation to do this other than they hate their employees and want all of them gone. They don't care about my order or my money and they don't care about their staff. All I wanted was for my order to be correct and to get what I paid for. Unacceptable behavior from a robot and a corporation. I'll be making my crunch wraps at home from now on just because I hated my ordering experience at this location so much.

This Taco Bell location has ongoing issues with their soda machine — often just carbonation with no flavor, and the drinks taste off. When you mention it, staff act personally offended instead of fixing the problem. Once, my mom said her drink wasn’t good and the employee literally punched the register.
Today I ordered a Dr Pepper and it was just carbonation again. I asked to switch it out while still in the drive-through, but the cashier told me I couldn’t since I’d already put a straw in (still full, one sip)
Most places (including this one in the past) will switch it, but instead she offered me a small drink when I had already paid for a regular. Very unprofessional and dismissive service.

Service was below satisfactory,l walked in and wasn't greeted l tried to speak with an employee to ask for help with the kiosk she looked at me and turned and walked away quickly. Finally after standing there for 7 minutes l was able to get the help of 1 employee that was amazing in helping me out.

Friendly counter young lady. She helped me put my order together as a combination and saved us money lol. I am not a frequent fast food person. However, Taco Bell tasted exactly the same as it did on my last visit 35 years ago. Great job. Keep it up

Waited 30 min for a baja blast. I finally got some help and the worker ignored me and my order. Could not get anyone to help service my needs, this location runs on kiosks and still messes up every other order. Do better.
