This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Our order was messed up several times and the older Indian lady was very rude. And even when they fixed the order the meat was wrong. To get an order wrong once is fine but to do it twice and have the exact thing we ordered right in front of you is crazy.

I empathize with those who had a bad experience here. My experience today was great. I got there promptly at 8am and was told that they just got back power so my food wouldn't be ready in a timely manner. The Staff that served me was apologetic and asked if I wanted to wait, I opted to wait, he gave me a cup of hot coffee while I waited and a coupon for my inconvenience. Things can go wrong and can be beyond employees control but the way that it is addressed is important to me.
