I empathize with those who had a bad experience here. My experience today was great. I got there promptly at 8am and was told that they just got back power so my food wouldn't be ready in a timely manner. The Staff that served me was apologetic and asked if I wanted to wait, I opted to wait, he gave me a cup of hot coffee while I waited and a coupon for my inconvenience. Things can go wrong and can be beyond employees control but the way that it is addressed is important...
