This is the best Taco Bell in Natomas. Food and service are great. The lines can be long so sit tight. Don't park in front of the doors unless you want to wait for the drive thru line to die down so you can leave (you'll be there for a while).

My family gets Taco Bell a lot but the one on Northgate Blvd, Sacramento isn't the best. The workers are very rude they constantly forget parts of your order then give you an attitude like it's your fault they aren't doing their job

***DO NOT GO HERE***The WORST Taco Bell that I've ever been to. Today was the last straw for me...of course, they got my order wrong. I ordered TWO items ...one was missing, so I went in to get it fixed. They apologized and gave me the hash brown that I ordered. When I got home...I took a bite and spit it out immediately. The hash brown was extremely hard ..as if it sat for a very long time. (When you complain...this is usually how they handle it). They basically ripped me off.I don't know how many horrible reviews they are willing to get before they fix this location. Whoever takes care of responses to these reviews... Please, if you plan on addressing me like the other customers... don't bother. You need to be fired.

This location always get my order wrong. They don't accommodate or take responsibility for there mistake. I ordered a #3 (burrito supreme, taco supreme, drink) and regular crunchy taco. I only received a burrito supreme and crunchy taco. I asked the shift manager if she could reimburse me for the cost of the sour cream and tomatoes since I didn't get my taco supreme. She advised that it was the same price as a regular crunchy taco. So I said if I ordered a regular crunchy taco and wanted to add sour cream and tomatoes, it would still be the same price. She said no, I would have to charge for the additional items. But shift management would refund or accommodate me for the error they made. If you happened to go to that location, check you bag to ensure all items are there. Also check your burrito to check if they left off the onion if you specified that.
