tried using the app, went through drive thru where they told me i could pay cash inside for my order, so i have to pull out drive go down to the light, make a u-turn , go past taco bell (cant pull in from that side of the street) make another u-turn to get back to taco bell, park and go inside only to find out, no you cant pay cash for your order inside, what you can do is make a whole new order and pay cash for it, why did i bother with the app. dont bother waste of time.

They served me food that was meant for trash! Ordered the 5 pc chicken nugget meal w/ fries & drink. I should have known something wasn’t right as I counted 7 nuggets!

Indeed. They were piping hot! A hot ball of tortilla crust mess that tasted like burnt grease & reheated in a microwave! Took a bite of the French fry & I thought I was being pranked! Rubbery, cold & crusted over corners & ends! Pure garbage!!! I’m insulted I was charged & paid for a disgusting meal like this!

Check your bags before driving off. They always forget items like chips, tacos and cinnamon twists. I ordered 4 taco rolls and they forgot half of those too.

I placed an order on Ubereats wanting to schedule the next day but there was an issue. I called and Matthew picked up. I told him about my issue and he was super nice about it. I ended up coming later in the day but he wasn’t there however the cashier knew about it and handled like a breeze. I really appreciate their kindness! Thank you Matthew and the cashier!

When we first arrived at the parking lot there was an employee standing outside smoking and listening to horrible rap music. We go inside and and he follows in. He immediately jumps into work and not once washes his hands ?
